I am trying to return two inexpensive items ordered under separate orders. These are different sizes of one item ordered numerous times to obtain the right sizes.
I am trying to return identical items that are the wrong size, and I'm not permitted to return both unworn items in one shipment, even if I include separate return #'s and documentation required. I'll have to pay two shipping charges, reducing the refund amount to almost nothing. I'm not sure why your warehouse staff can't receive combined shipments since there should be sufficient information on the documentation.
I am currently waiting for return #'s for separate returns. This experience makes ordering inexpensive items less appealing.
