Heard they have a problem of not paying taxes on items sent. So purchased the additional tax insurance. They still didn't pay it got a note through the door from revenue and customs saying that I owed £15.01 on a £20 order in import taxes.
Messaged light in the box there response was pay it and we will pay you back... Having seen literally hundreds of reviews where people have been promised this and they haven't I decided against it. For which I was told that I will be charged for both original postage plus the fees for costums to send it back.
Disgusting company no way I will ever use or recommend them to anyone. Avoid unless willing to pay double advertised price.

And in the first year since the company established, we noted that taxes under some countries can be heavy. So, 3 years ago, we create this duty insurance service available for orders from these Countries. Terrible

I ordered few times and its quite good but recently i just place an order and paid thru bank transfer last August 30,2018. Untill now they kept saying didn't receive my payment yet. Also i sent the bank slip and i even went bank to HSBC to verify they said money is already in light in the box account. Customer service telling same word, money not receive yet. Its been 16 days yet my order still on pending! How long should i wait?

Excelente website shop. Recommended. El producto es conforme. Vale precio y producto. El envió es seguro aun cuando se le da sin seguimiento postal el producto llega a su destino. Depende del tamaño de la compra incurre en gastos adicional al es como aduana. Tienen cupones de descuento o al ingresar a la pagina de forma consecutiva durante 3 días en una semana dan $5 q pueden servir para disminuir el monto de la compra.

Hard to get a refound.

I was not happy with the skirts I ordered and it is very dificoult to get a refound. They demand pictures but I cant send them and I payed extra for insurance from duty and taxes. Now they say they are not responsible... never bying from them again

No Help What So Ever!

I was not able to process more then 2 credit cards for a purchase without getting an error message. I contacted the company several times and all they said was try it again or a different card. No Help, No Sale very unhappy! The photo included is only 1 of the 4 error messages.
