Heard they have a problem of not paying taxes on items sent. So purchased the additional tax insurance. They still didn't pay it got a note through the door from revenue and customs saying that I owed £15.01 on a £20 order in import taxes.
Messaged light in the box there response was pay it and we will pay you back... Having seen literally hundreds of reviews where people have been promised this and they haven't I decided against it. For which I was told that I will be charged for both original postage plus the fees for costums to send it back.

I ordered few times and its quite good but recently i just place an order and paid thru bank transfer last August 30,2018. Untill now they kept saying didn't receive my payment yet. Also i sent the bank slip and i even went bank to HSBC to verify they said money is already in light in the box account. Customer service telling same word, money not receive yet. Its been 16 days yet my order still on pending! How long should i wait?

I was not able to process more then 2 credit cards for a purchase without getting an error message. I contacted the company several times and all they said was try it again or a different card. No Help, No Sale very unhappy! The photo included is only 1 of the 4 error messages.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
