I ordered a bike shirt that was way too small. I didn't want an exchange just a return and refund. It's almost impossible to find the right spot on the website for making a return. All I ever saw was that it was being processed. I never received an email. When I went back to the site to see if there were any messages, I found one that said I only had 14 days to return the item and that had passed. Soooooo no return no refund. I'll stick with Amazon.
Do not buy anything from this website. I have ordered and payed for the phone 60 days ago and still I did not receive it. More over I cannot track it. The phone is lost and they refuse to return any money back to me. Do not ever order anything from LightintheBox

Some days ago i bought usb hub for car with red and white lights for emergency or rescue for best price. After 10 days i received package! Good site. I'm with it a lot of years and no one was bad orders.
You can find lots of useful and funny items for very good price. The checkout is smooth and the delivery is on time.
I preordered an Xiaomi M365 Scooter and waitet till it should be in stock. After 4 days when it was listed to be back in stock and ready to ship, I got a message, that it is sold out.
We agrreed on canceling the order and sending back my money, but they did not send beck the money!
Hope now, PayPal helps me get back my money

... This was an HTP LED86 LCD Home Theater Projector. A VERY good buy. Affordable. Works very well. Totally satisfied. After receiving I sat this projector up with little effort as everything was self-explanatory and very simple to operate even though it has many detailed functions, just like the higher priced models. I was impressed with it's vividness and sharpness on my projector screen. By placing an adjustable strip light around the projected area I made it look like an actual theater while not in use. Overall, this theater projector is very good and Light in the Box, as a seller, is great. The buying process is smooth and with all the perks they offer, the fast free shipping on most items and the customer service makes this company one of the top three that I continually shop at. A very impressive experience.
Order an item with expedited shipping on the order it states shipped within 3-4 business days. The product didn't ship out until 8 days later. Didn't receive the product on time... tried to cancel the order even before they shipped and they refused to give me a full refund. Even though they are at fault for not shipping in time while I paid extra for expedited shipping they still refused to give me a refund. Horrible Service! When I finally received the order the product was horrible.

Communication is definitely a problem. My questions were not really answered and in one case, links that didn't work were provided after the order was placed! Shipping was also expensive.
The goods however, did eventually arrive in good order. Yet to be installed so we shall see...

Every Item I bought from Light in the Box for the past 10 years were good products and fitted well and looked awesome on me. I had about 2 or 3 items that I had to do some alterations, my fault, of course, I should have ordered a smaller size, but on the whole the products are worth it. I will surely continue buying from Light in the Box.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
