I ordered some shoes... the Site indicates they where shipped 9/28. It's now the 8th of October. The tracking button never does anything but show a rotating circle. I ordered from my iPad and the Customer Service function only allows me to select to things... neither of the two have anything to do with may question. So I tried logging in from my Computer, it indicates I have no orders. I wanted these shoes for a vacation I'm taking on the 12th and I have no way to find out if I'll get it. Obviously this business doesn't want to communicate with it's customers, just take your money immediately. If I ever get my order, I defiantly won't put myself through this experience again. I gave it one start only because I had to.

Just like another review, I ordered two bike jersey's, I wanted large, then came large Chinese which was small US. They didn't fit so I immediately sent them back following all there instructions (after I found them, hard to locate). That was in August, it is now Oct and have heard nothing back accept, "processing", the tracking number says they have been received, but NO return or NO exchange to date. Have learned my hard lesson on this one!

I am a reseller. My clients asked me to find electric scooters for them. Also they asked me to deliver it pretty quick. I found xiiaomi m365 electric scooters. The best terms of delivery was on lightinthebox. 24 hours to process the request and 3-5 business days to deliver it to my country. So I bought 3 scooters and paid 1200$ to them. After few days there was no any updates about my order. I begung to ask customer service to find out what is going on. They provided tracking numbers. But there were no any information for at least a week. After that they provided another links and by them I found that they still doesnt shipped. The deadline of delivery gone and my customers asked me for a discount. As terms of delivery were provided by lightinthebox and delay is completely there mistake, I asked them to give me that discount which were asking my customers. They declined to provide any discount.
Also while scooters were on my way, they reduced prices on 60$ each. And again they dont want to give me any discount even after they reduced prices on there website.
Till today I havent received scooters. Also my clients want to have a discount for the delay overwise they will cancell transaction with me.
This organisation is not trustworthy. They are not reliable sellers. The reputation is not decent for them. They don't have products in stock. They are working as a dropshippers, just collecting money from people. After they would have enough orders they will ship it to there clients, but it could take a lot of time. Never trust them aspecialy there terms of delivery!

En esta empresa he tenido dos compras, una me llegó con mucho tiempo después del compromiso de entrega, y en la segunda ocasión no me llegó. Intenté reclamar y me dicen que en un mes. Cancelé el pedido para que me regrese el dinero y no he recibido respuesta alguna. Por lo que perdí mi dinero y ellos perdieron un cliente. Ojalá publiquen mi caso, y las personas no se vean estafadas por estos abusivos. Sólo me mandan avisos para un regalo, pero no me mandan lo que pagué menos me mandarán un "regalo". Fraude, estafa, no deben de autorizar este tipo de estafas por línea.

I purchased one sweater that I am very happy with; however, a shirt I purchased for my husband is extremely small. I ordered a medium and followed the directions to the T on the sizing information but this shirt is still is still two is too small. There is conflicting sizing information on the website so hence my confusion. I am still waiting for a third order and they are telling me it will not be until sometime in November when I receive this top even though I ordered it not acceptable. (ordered in August). I might or might not order from them again based on these experiences. They have offered to refund the money for the top I have not received but to date no such luck. I keep my review updated as I go along but I have not seen a credit come through yet despite multiple request. All I am saying is. I will see

Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
