Great site for buying shirts, shoes and suits. Cheap because it is made and sent from china, but sizes fit north european males, and that is not normal for chinese clothes.

Ordered product on 9/28 and was given estimated ship dat of 9/30. Paid for expedited shipping. What a joke. Package didn't ship until 10/15. I needed it for an event on 10/27... package arrived today on 10/29.
Before it arrived, they sent me a message on 10/28 saying it could take 30-50 additional days for my package to show up.
They could have done the right thing and expedited on their end on 10/2 when I contacted them to find the it why my package didn't ship. Instead, they sat on my money and took their time.
They lied and said it was shipped on 10/12 but tracking info says 10/15. Nothing was expedited.
They lied and said they refunded my shipping. I have received no credit through PayPal.
I've requested a refund but they don't seem to understand what that means. They want me to ship back the package based on their word that they'll refund me once they receive it? What a joke. Borderline criminal in my opinion.
Do not trust them.
Read other sites and blogs. They requested to have comments removed because they're negative.
After filing complaint with PayPal they offered me "a reward for compensation" if I drop the case with PayPal.

I believe all of the positive feedback here is Fake or generated. A month ago I posted my refund issue here in Sitejabber and got a feedback from LightinTheBox that they will refund me within a week. But as always they bluffed me again. They are all fraud and cheater. I suggest you all don't waste your money there.
Will complain to the Cyberspace Administration of China(CAC). LightinThebox should need to be shut down.

I paid for expedited shipping on my item and they did not ship it out the day they said they would. It got shipped out 5 days later, I had to go to Amazon and buy another outfit because I was now in a time crunch. I complained and they had "shipped" it out that day so could not refund the money. Items are getting shipped to you from overseas, China and Malaysia. I will not buy from here anymore and I do not recommend it, low quality and bad service.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
