I DO NOT recommend anyone purchasing from this company! Customer service is non existent and extremely unhelpful. I purchased a security nvr that was advertised that it would be delivered within 5 working days. It took 4 weeks! After the second week I purchased through Amazon (delivered in 3 days). Lightinthebox customer service told me to refuse the ship if and when it arrives and they would issue a refund once it was recieved back. I just recieved an email saying that they were only refunding half of the amount paid. Outrageous! Stick with Amazon for online shopping, just make sure that if it the item is sold by a third party that it is not these clowns! VERY DISSAPPOINTED. WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN.

I do order, and will continue to do so. However, on some products, the shipping costs are incredibly high. Furthermore, you can only see those costs once you go to checkout. It would be advisable to state them earlier, so that can judge the total costs. For example, I wanted to purchase a 26 dollars item, only to find out, at checkout, that shipping and other charges would cost an additional 22 dollars. Silly.

Ordered a watch, they supposably sent it to the wrong town, after I contacted them they claimed that it was sent back to them, going to charge me for return fee and refund me partially. Stay away from this company. Fraud in a big way

Worst customer service ever! Placed an order & realized immediately I put in the wrong address & canceled said order, it still processed & shipped! There is no phone # to contact them, you have to submit a "ticket" & each response took 24 hours+! I battled with them that this was their error because I canceled immediately & finally got them to agree to a full refund & a prepaid label to send the item back. I sent the item back, which they received over a week ago & I'm still waiting for my refund. Apparently they credit my Light In the Box account (which took them 8 days) & then I have to make a "withdrawal" to get my credit card refunded! They tell me this will take another 3-4 business days! I have never dealt with such a difficult company & I most certainly will not deal with this one ever again!

I placed an order in Sept. It is now the end of November and I still have not gotten my order. I continue to ask them where it is and they give me excuses. I feel like this company is a Scam and I'm sure I will never see my package or get a refund. I am thoroughly disgusted with them.

I have ordered two items so far from LightInTheBox.com and I was very pleased with the quality of their products. Placing the order is very easy. They have a little chart explaining sizing, so you can't go wrong. I ordered a beautiful vest and dancing shoes, and the quality is superb. You won't be disappointed.
I ordered blouses and loved it, It fits me well and the material is so good and their staff is cheaper too.

Ordered red satin dance shoes. Received order early even though it was coming from another country. Received regular emails advising it's whereabouts. Surprised at the quality when it arrived. Love this website!
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes in October and paid for expedited shipping. Promised receipt by 5-9 days. It's now Nov 23 and no shoes. I needed them for 2 dance performances. They are useless to me now and I have no shoes and they won't refund the money. Customer service keeps saying to contact USPS but they are responsible for getting me the shoes, I shouldn't have to track them down.

Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.

Please note that the cost you saw being deducted from your refund is not in our hand. Your parcel returned due to consignee absent and expiration of the holding period at the local depot of the carrier.
As such, once the carrier has returned this parcel back to us, they charged twice shipping cost.
We're normally not able to cover this cost for the consignee, as the reason of the return process has nothing to do with the carrier handling or any mistakes from our end.
