Yet again problems with this "online shop".
I ordered two different orders, paid for with credit card and the payments both cleared (ordered 25 & 30 december and paid for) but still they have not sent my items yet. So that means that when you order something, it will not be sent for another week, eventhough you have paid.
I contacted them and was told that both orders should be sent on the 8th. If not, I should contact them again.
Let me give you all an advice... stay away from this shop. Every order, I had to contact them for one reason or the other. They are NOT worth it. Do avoid.

This site must be a bogus site. I paid for my order, received a order confirmation number. After about 2 weeks I checked to see where my order was, I received a message to say the item had been shipped. 2 weeks later, still nothing, so I went it to check where my purchase was and it was like my order was completely deleted. I am unable to contact customer service as it looks as if I never ordered anything even though they took the money out of my bank account!

I was initially worried about my purchase as my parcel was coming from China. However once it was shipped I could track it all the way. Delivery was a little bit longer than stated on the website but the tracking option gave me peace of mind. When I received my shoes they fitted perfectly and are extremely comfortable. I would recommend this site.
I purchase on the shop 10 months ago, until today I haven't received my order. I didn't get any refund or the shop doesn't resent a new product to me. Customers service always keep me wait for 2 months and another two months.

I've been a fan and customer of LightInTheBox for several years, periodically buying goods I've wanted and without fail, being very satisfied with my purchases.
LITB is where I go for things I either can't easily find elsewhere or to take advantage of their more competitive and affordable prices.
I've purchased many different items and have never been disappointed and never had a problem with delivery or shipping times.
I also enjoy the emails of their catalogues and have found extra "treats" there from time to time.
