I placed an order on 1/6. The site said that it would ship in 24 hours and shipping time was 3-4 business days. After 10 days, I contacted the company telling them I never received my merchandise and the tracking stopped tracking after 6 days.
I was told it would arrive by 2/6, not 1/11!

I told them I wanted a full refund as I had to go out and buy the jewelry somewhere else. They keep closing my complaint ticket with no resolution

Me gusta mucho comprar en Lightinthebox porque en esta tienda encuentro mucha variedad de productos, y en tallas que no existen aquí en México, y en la mayoría de las veces, los productos que recibo cumplen mis expectativas e incluso las superan, además el servicio al cliente es excelente, puesto que el personal de la tienda no es sólo muy amable al atenderme, sino que también solucionan problemáticas con mis pedidos, con mucha rapidez

Las únicas debilidades o áreas de oportunidad que encuentro en la tienda, es que los envíos son algo caros, y a veces tienden a tardar más de lo esperado, y en muy pocas ocasiones los productos que llegan no cumplen con mis expectativas.

I been a customer for 3 years ordering for me and family. If I have any questions they always reply to my tickets promptly. My shipping is received at a timely date. I recommend this site to my clients to purchase hair and clothing and they were very satisfied. I even got taxed extra by customs I send an email explaining this and I got my money back within 5 days.

On Nov. 1,2018, I purchased an Mx10 Tv Box. On Nov. 24,2018, I reported the item defective. On Nov. 25,2018, Customer Service indicated that I would receive technical support within 1-3 days. On Nov. 27,2018, I again requested support through Customer Service. On Nov. 28,2018, Silvia in Customer Service indicated that she was still waiting for a response from an unidentifiable department.
Today is Dec. 7,2018. I requested contact information for Silvia's Supervisor in Customer Service. No response.

The company has no phone support. The rest of the goods I ordered were of poor quality and included a watch, Bluetooth keyboard and travel adaptors.
Do not expect any service or the ability to obtain technical support if you receive a defective item.
I attempted to contact Customer Service daily through Dec 13,2018 for a refund and return shipping information. No response.

Lousy customer service not able to actually read a question and answer it properly.
Delivery times cannot be trusted. I paid extra for express delivery but received it much later.
The customs insurance is a night mare. I had to write 11 messages before getting my refund.
NOT recommended!

This is just the beginning. I'm taking this viral. I have never experienced anything like this. I blame myself a little for not reading the reviews 1st. I placed my order on Nov. 21. Order status states is shipped on Nov. 25. By mid December I contacted them to find out where my package is. The order # is **************. They assured me I would receive it by 1/1/19. Well here we are at 1/5/2019 and nothing. I opened a ticket and now they tell me... get this... they want me to wait 3 more months! What? I'm so done we need a new word for done. This is unbelievable to me. I have ordered many items from overseas and never had anything remotely like this happen. They constantly ask you to be patient. I'm at my limit. I asked for a refund. They had no problem taking my money when I placed this order. DO NOT EVER, EVER, EVER order from this site.

I paid for 5 T shirts on 2/10/2018. A few days later I got told that one of the T shirts was out of stock and eventually they refunded the money. Their refund process is complicated and they don't automatically put the money back in your account. You have to jump through hoops to get the money back.

It is now 4/01/2019 (3 MONTHS later) and one of the T shirts still hasn't arrived. 3 times they have told me that it's been dispatched and it has not arrived. I paid for 5 T shirts and received 3.

I have tried to get them to just refund the money, but they keep claiming to have sent the T shirt.

Also, I had to pay an extra £12 for excise duty on the 3 T shirts that arrived. In total, I've paid about £24 more than the original bill and only received 3 of the 5 items I ordered. The 2 that did not arrive were the ones I really wanted. The 3 that did arrive were just chosen to justify the order and I won't wear them.

This is the worse company i have ever ordered from. DO NOT USE THEM! I ordered two drones for my children for Christmas. I ordered them early because of the busy holidays and they were coming from China. I never received one but I was refunded although I had to pay approx £20 custom charges which I did not get back. The other drone worked on boxing day and that was it the battery won't charge. I've contacted customer services and they have told me the they will not replace or refund so I'm approx £90 out of pocket with no drone.
