I ordered a 3XL T shirt that was obviously only XL when it arrived. Although, it was their error they did not offer a full refund. I sent the shirt back & provided them the tracking number. They still didn't refund my $. I contacted them a month later & they acknowledged they received it, but a month later still didn't refund the $. I contacted them a couple of weeks ago & they sent me 3 step instructions to get my refund. Step failed. They took almost a week to respond to the step. They asked for my email address to refund to paypal. Then they said sorry, they need my paypal account, but weren't specific about the info they needed. Now they respond "They are currently contacting the corresponding department to verify for you. Once we receive your response, we will provide a solution to solve this problem. We will get in touch with you in the next 3-5 business days." I should have received my refund months ago!
Every time I track my order is says the same thing, processed at China. They just change the date... to today's date and before what date I looked on... my order number is **************

They give you a processing time that is significantly off. Items may take anywhere from 2-5 times longer to receive than stated. If you want to cancel your order because it won't arrive in time for some event (birthday, prom, ball, party, etc.), then they try to charge you a handling fee. I fought the handling fee and they said they would refund the full amount of items that had not been sent and cancel those items. The amount refunded was only for shoes.
There are occasions when it is appropriate for a business to register more than one domain name, but in my experience it is often to hide bad reviews that are connected to other domain names. This appears to be the case with Lightinthebox.com as they also DBA as Mini in the Box which has 150 complaints with the BBB. This number will soon be 151.

It's lovely to assist you. From what I can see, you've ordered a customized Victorian dress with size which has a processing time of 6-10 business days.
You've also added other two products - processing time 7-17 and 7-33 business days.

I ordered two LONG wigs. Both for less than $20. I purchased them just to give an idea of what the style/color would look like on me. I REALLY didn't expect them to be wearable... for that little amount I was sure they would be really poorly made. HOWEVER... Both of them are as good as the wigs i have paid 3X that much for... and i WILL wear them both when I go out... VERY impressed. Shippment was a bit slow. But nothing more then what I expected. WILL DEFINITELY order again. And have already referred them to my MOTHER!

They actually have become more flexible about returns and exchanges. They didn't use to accept them. I even received a call from a English speaking costumer service person. They were following up a problem I had with a recent order.

Cheap material. Horrible customer service. You can't send a direct email about your concern, you have to complete a "ticket" and it's almist impossible to do. Site says 3-5 days shipping, and I placed my order Jan 19/2019. My first item was in that time. The second was about a week. And the third I haven't received yet! They sent by DHL which charges you huge brokerage fees. All said and done, terrible experience. I won't be ordering from them ever again!

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
