I bought 5 items of clothing from this company for my sisters as we got ready for our little brother's wedding day.
As I wanted the goods to arrive faster, I paid for the 3-4 days tracked shipping method.
However, 7 days later, I had not heard any thing from Lightinthebox. As time was critical on my order, I contacted the company and advised that if they were unable to deliver on time, I should be issued with a refund.
As soon as they read my email, they issued me with a Royalmail tracking Number: MN*******GB to represent that they had already shipped out the goods, so I could not cancel.
I proceeded to Royalmail Track & Trace service, to try and track the goods. Every time I tracked using their reference, Royalmail systems returned a message saying that "The sender has advised us they're preparing your item. More information will be available when we receive it" - If any one uses this tracking number today, they will still get this same message.
I then contacted the company again, they then advised that I needed to wait for another 2 -3 weeks for my order to arrive. I decided to contact paypal to recover me money.
Eventually I recovered my money from paypal after being distressed for over 6/7 weeks.
IF YOU WANT PEACE OF MIND HEED MY ADVICE. STAY WAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. ITS A FRAUD

I bought some goods worth $130.00 including delivery charges, When it was delivered I was asked to pay for custom duties which I disagreed. I ask that the merchandise be returned as I was not informed to begin with about paying for Custom Duties. I was never refunded, not even a penny from the $130.00 I paid for. There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
