Wish I could give this company zero stars! Absolutely awful service, DO NOT SHOP HERE!
I ordered a pair of cycling shorts and paid a significant amount for them to be delivered within 2-5 working days (£7.29). I received them EIGHT working days later... Due to this late delivery, I had missed the event where i needed them so wanted to return these items. They then make it very hard for you to return the items, you have to submit a form as to why you would like to return them and then they can approve it.
It took them SIX days to reply to my actual request and even then they did not give me a return address they said if i don't return them i can have a discount off the price. Not what i asked for! Following from this they will not refund me the £7.29 i paid for the "speedy" delivery, apparently the 2-5 business days does not take into account processing time (thats stupid and misleading). And you should only count that from the day it is shipped. Even with this in mind however it took SIX working days for the item to come, which is outside of the window i paid for.
This company is an absolute joke, they take incredibly long times to reply to your complaints, and do not take you seriously. I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING HERE AGAIN and advise that you do the same!

II bought a lamp in this Chinese site almost two months ago and I opened this ticket to his costumer service *******.The shipment was delayed, the package conditions horrible, bad product presentation. The lamp arrived broken. For a replacement of the product, they asked me to send back the scrap they sent me and then they would make the refund. So it's a waste of time and money paid for shipping the package with this solution they offer. And I've already seen reviews with refund problems after returning what they bought. My advice, stay away from this web.

I purchased 4 items, hoping one would work. None did. Colors were off and one item was ill-fitting. Look at the arm! They said the items were made to order (THEY WERE NOT) and refused to return them.

I've purchased multiple items from different sellers and all came accordings to its shipping delivery date and the item itself. Shape diva was durable i ordered january 2018 and until now im still using it.
Buyers should just be keen about the details of the products they wanna buy.

I received your e-mail authorizing the return. I was VERY disappointed in the fact that your stated I received what I ordered and that it was being returned for personal reasons"W R O N G " I received a pair of shoes that are not a 9.5 in size.Its obvious there is a manufacture defect in the labeling of this pair of shoes.To make matter worse they were to be returned to POLAND at a cost of $125.00 in postage. Bought a wedding 3 PC pantsuit based on sizes posted. Actually ordered next size up. Would have had altered. Pants fit perfect but top which was corset style was 2 sizes to small. I requested a refund immediately took several days to get a response claiming it was made to order which was false. They do not issue refunds. I lost $178.00. Will never do business again with this company.

Do not buy anything from this company, when you contact them to return something. They offer you a 50% refund and to keep the product instead.
If you dont want this, they string you along for days until you finally find out you have to send the product back to Poland.
If you decide that you cant be bothered anymore they refuse the 50% refund

I bought a wifi lamp in this page. I thought it was an American website but it result a chinese web. I paid about 160 dollar including express mail. Well, the packed arrived after 2 weeks, the packed looks like came from the second world war, smashed, dirty and very bad quality. The product had not any comercial box inside, very rude packed inside the mailing box. Of course the product came broked. I cant understand, if I paid a high quote for transportation what transportation they used? I expected DHL, UPS or FEDEx, not regular mail. I made a request for a new one and they are offering a discoun 30%. What kind of company is this. It was your fault, In this case Amazon just send another and thats the end of the history. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
