I ordered a wall clock and received a one that is different than the one I ordered. I contacted the company for a replacement and I was offered either a 30% refund or a 40% credit towards a future purchase. I argued that this is their fault because the Item Number does not match, but we cannot reach an agreement. It has been weeks and I have not received my refund or a response from the Light in the Box. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY.
It is not the first online shop I have used. But I was surprised by the shipping methods selection including preferred one which was very reliable and fast. I could track my parcel all the way from the warehouse until picking it up.
Product quality is worth its price and the price is reasonable. I think I will make shopping there in the future.

I have ordered 2 pairs of salsa shoes in February 2019. I had problems with this order as I coudn't receive it for many months, it was sent by the company the cheapest way and was not trackable. I had finally received the order in July (after alot of back and forth with the company), but the shoes quality was very poor and the shoes looked very different compared to the picture.
When I complained I was asked to return the shoes and receive the money back, which I did. Now, in October, I receive the message that I cannot have the money back as the shoes were custom made (which is not the case as I didnt order custom made shoes). This company got the shoes back and got my money. This is a scam! This company have scammed me to 150 USD!

We are sorry that both pairs of shoes won't work for you and you wanted to return them. Please be noted both pairs of shoes are Made-To-Order. While the shoes are standard, the heel will be customized in accordance to your selection.
In your Return ticket 19690864, you did not say the shoes have any quality issue. We also checked the photos you sent, while we were unable to find any quality issue with the shoes. Based on our policy, we could not accept return for non-quality Made-To-Order products. You can check the return policy statement in following link.

Purchased an item off lightinthebox, com when it came back it didn't look like the picture of what id bought. Had heavier pearls on it and was definitely not the veil that was being sold to unsuspecting customers. I have tried 30 times to contact their customer service centre and ive request a ticket to send the faulty item back. -THEY DONT GET BACK TO YOU.

Hice un pedido de 28 prendas a esta pagina, cuando la ropa llega a Mexico, me hablan de DHL ADUANA, y me dicen que no me pueden entregar la ropa porque necesito permisos que por normas de Mexico necesitaba para obtener mi paquete, el permiso les cuento tarda un mes, pero por lo pronto en DHL por cada dia que pasara me cobrarian 300 pesos diarios, ellos mismos me dijeron que contactara un agente aduanal para que me prestara o rentara esos permisos cosa que hice pero que creen? El agente aduanal me cobraba el triple de lo que valia mi mercancia, opte por regresar el paquete a LightinThebOX oh sorpresa ellos tambien tienen el mismo problema y no pudieron recibir la ropa y aduana la mando a abandono o a destruccion, ahora esta pagina me ofrece el reembolso de solo el 50% de lo que inverti, pero numero 1, no se si sera real, no se cuanto tiempo tarden. Asi que sivan a comprar desde Mexico no compren tantas prendas porque sera una PERDIDA!

Purchased a chandelier and notice it was from China. Opening box, found 1/3 of needed pieces to assemble. Contacted company multiple times, spoke to supervisor Rebecca and always got the same excuse. Wanted detail count on pieces missing, detail count on pieces in box, wanted pictures, wanted invoice copy.( they already had). Would not discuss my $200 refund. After the fourth detail demand, they stopped any communication. Do not spend your money with these thieves. WARNING!

Sur le site on trouve des prix défiant toute concurrence et des vêtements pour toutes les tailles. Aucune déception pour moi à ce jour car en les mensurations mentionnées sont exactes, belle qualité des vêtements, la livraison est variable suivant l'option et l'emballage est sûr. Si un problème persiste, le service client répond rapidement et une solution est trouvée.

Do not order anything from this company if you need it by the time frame they claim. Both their packaging
And shipping time frames have been significantly longer than stated. I have communicated many time with them and have put in trouble tickets. Every time I get some very lame excuse and they close the ticket with zero resolution. I even told them before they shipped not to ship as I could tell they would arrive late based on the processing delay. They shipped anyway. I can tell it will be a battle to return and get paid paid back.
I suggest you trust very little of what they have on their site and what their customer service people tell you. It is clear they will say anything to get the product sold.

Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
