I want to give a zero star if I could! I ordered 5 dresses on 11/13, Total: 248.24, I received all item on 11/29, The color, size, style, and material nothing like the picture, I contact the customer service immediately and request return ticket ( I followed the return policy on their website), The response is offered me 30% off, and let me keep the item. I say no, They are junks, and none of them fit. No response after till now.

I ordered 3 sweatshirt hoodies from light in the box for my grandkids for christmas. I was disgusted when they arrived. They are far from sweatshirt hoodies. The material is some type of silky material. Not sweatshirt material at all. No hoodie neck strings. No inner lining. The photos and the descriptions clearly state sweatshirt hoodies. Now I am afraid that if I return them I either will not receive them in time for Christmas or they will resend the crap they already sent to me. I wasted over $70 because what I received is not at all what they advertised. Customer service is no where to be found. Online customer support never has anyone online to talk to. I feel terrible. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and this company not only stole Christmas gifts from my grandkids but also ripped me off $70. Don't know what to do

I am forced to give this 1 star, else it won't allow me to write this review. I ordered a jacket on 5th Nov 2019, which never got delivered to me. When I informed Light in the Box customer service, they asked me to lodge a complaint with NZ post. NZ post asked me to lodge a complaint through Light in the box. When I submitted a ticket to Light in the Box, they marked my ticket as resolved without even bothering to get me my parcel. If you have money to burn, you can order at Light in the box and just forget about it. Neither will you get your parcel nor your money. The name should be changed to darkness everywhere as the customer is not given any update as to where their parcel is. It's the worst ever experience I have received while buying online. Neither do they have an email ID or phone number where one can contact.

Do not buy from this company! They take your money and you never hear from them again. I bought cycling clothing from them which was far too small, sent it back and have never heard from them again, lost £120 to them.
LITBox send me an email via this site in December to make it look as if they were doing something. Tracking number advises me that the items I sent back were released from Chinese customs in October to them. Have given them the tracking number and have heard nothing since.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE - DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE TAKING YOUR MONEY AND LAUGHING ALL THE WAY TO THEIR BANK!

I ordered a dress that I really liked. I ordered the size recommend by their chart. The dress came very fast. I was so disappointed when it didn't fit. The top portion was much smaller than the measurements given. The waist was too high for a person of average height. I tried to return it that same day. I thought I had 7 days to return an unworn item. They told me that it was considered custom made and I should try to sell it myself or give it away. The dress was Eighty dollars before shipping. Money completely wasted. I can't wear the dress.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
