Terrible Service

Ordered a few items and paid for them and for the delivery. Two weeks later decided to chase just to find out that everything is out of stock and nobody knows when it will be shipped to me. But took the money straight away Disgusting company, stay away.

Ordered masks due to corvid 19 never delivered - was told to wait 30-60 days to trace. Was not shipped on time - don't know shipper and cant get intouch but they should be tracing not me Don't buy from China

They do not honor the shipping speed they guarantee. Site says it would ship in 24 hours, it didn't ship for another 5 days. Says order would be received in 5-7 days total, its been nearly 2 weeks and I still can't track the package. I wouldn't recommend.

I requested expedited shipping which started 3 to 5 days. They took my money and when I inquired about why it had been over a week, they explained they won't ship it out for 2 weeks. If they had been honest, I would not have paid the extra shipping charge and would have went with a company that could deliver it add promised.

Paid for insurance and expedited shipping, I reached out to them because one of the orders supposed to have shipped and arrived on April 7,2020, so I said Thank You Jesus because I said to myself if they are that good I will tell more people about them. I ordered a bathing suit for my daughter. 3 minutes later my wife says we need a different size. I immediately tried to change the order, it said we need to cancel... so I did. Then I ordered the right size. I get an email the next day that says they could not cancel my order because it was already in the shipping process... in 3 minutes?... give me a break. I got charged for both and still have not received the correct order... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We finally received the 2nd bathing suit, and my daughter loves it. The company has still not contacted me to offer any reconciliation or otherwise. I would still not use this company.

LightInTheBox April 4,2020: "We like to inform you, that we have received you payment (abt. EUR 180,-) and your order number #******* is under process". By now April 8th just silence without any notice about the delivery. When I check the delivery status I got an answer "You have not placed an order". What does this mean? Is LightInThe Box going to keep the money and leave me without ordered and paid goods? I am very surprised and disappointed!

I would NEVER do business with them - you cannot contact them my email about the fact their products do NOT serve AmerIcans - so I will NEVER shop there. In addition they followup on sitejabber, asking for an ORDER NUMBER when your QUESTION needs an ANSWER BEFORE you order. Hence, they have NO RESPONSE to potential customers, but ONLY existing customers who have spent money on their products.

Absolute Garbage

I purchased two pairs of what were advertised as customizable "cowhide leather" latin dance shoes on the website. I paid $17 for "expedited" 3-5 business day shipping. It was only after I made the payment, that I learned that there would be 14 days of "processing" prior to the shipment date. But I figured, for custom leather dance shoes priced under $40, the inconvenience might be worthwhile. The shipment date came and went without the website status changing. Three days after the stated shipment date, I requested that the order be cancelled, on the basis that "shipping date has passed." I received a bizarre response, blaming the delay on the Chinese New Year, and asking that I wait a few more days for the order to ship, in exchange for a 30% discount. I declined, and restated my request to cancel the order.

5 days later, one of the two pairs is marked as "shipped" on the wesbite. It arrives exactly one month after my order was placed. Lo and behold, the shoes were made of a synthetic material, not the advertised leather, and were slightly too large. I promptly went back to the site, and again requested a cancellation of the second pair, on the basis that they still had not shipped and the first pair was too large. 5 days later, the second pair is marked as "shipped" and arrives 6 weeks after the placement of my order. This second pair is even cheaper and flimsier than the first pair.

I will now have to pursue a refund from a company that blatantly lied in its product description, and then refused to cancel my order when it did not comply with its own service terms for processing and shipping the order. STAY FAR AWAY.

Do not trust this website, Light in the box, are poor in communication and then never fulfilled my order. They only sent part of order then denied it.
PayPal Australia which was the mechanism I used to pay, wee absolutely hopeless, they denied my claim because seller said they sent item.
Both parties refused to acknowledge that I was sort items that I paid, and did nothing about it.
They are nothing more than scammers. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED WITH PRODUCT, SERVICE, AND DENY EVERYTHING.

Managed to get my refund by calling their customer service helpline number, i ordered 2 XL tops; they are so small that will not fit a normal 9-year-old. Now to try figure out the policy to return and get a refund I searched for the customer service number and finally found one in google about their customer service number which is +1 919/725/7706 after calling that number one of their representative answered the call, he guided me some steps and after waiting for 20 mins I got my refund.at first I thought whether they will really help me or it's a scam but after I confirmed with my bank I was relaxed as I have really received my refund from them

I ordered 3 shirts for my son for Christmas this year. They took over 3 weeks to arrive and when they did arrive, 2 were the wrong size! My son wears a small and received a small and 2 extra larges. The website leads you to believe that exchanges or returns are easy. This is a Blatant lie! When you try to press on the "returns" button, it does not let you go any farther, I tried 10 times! There is no phone number anywhere on the site to actually speak with a live person, but i wonder if they even speak english. I lost about $30.00 to this crappy site and reading the other reviews I now know why! Wish i had read them first. I'll NEVER order from them again and will tell everyone I know not to!
