Ticket ******* (Order *******): I placed an order for KN95 masks over a month ago (4/5/20). I never received the product. When I have repeatedly inquired about the order I was told to be patient, wait and to check with my local carrier. The package was never delivered to my carrier. I doubt that it was ever shipped. When I asked for my money back, I received an email stating the claim had been resolved. I do not have the KN95 masks. I did not receive a refund. This is clearly a scam. Do not do business with this company.

The items ordered, when I finally received them were absolutely useless to man or beast. The first order the hat with face shield, the fasteners for the face shield were missing. Me second order for 2 face masks ( both adult masks), 1 face mask was good but the other mask was so small that I doubt it would fit a child and the carbon filter attached to the mask was far too big... no one noticed this in quality control or when the masks were put together.
In my opinion a rogue company that just want to take your money in return for sub standard products.

I have ordered a sofa cover from this App 3 months ago. On the app it says that the item was received while apparently it was returned to the seller due to custom clearance matter not handleded from their side. When I ask customer service to advise when they can send me a new one, I haven't received any feedback and it has been like this since then. No sofa cover, no refund, no reply. I RECOMMEND YOU NOT TO BUY FROM THEM! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Another garbage Chinese vendor that is pushing useless junk items. Lightinthebox's web store front is showing pretty, well made clothes, but in fact is selling low quality, useless, ill designed clothing suitable for cleaning rags more than garment. I Purchased a kid's play suit. The advertised size was for 9 year old girls; received disproportionate pile of cloth sewn into an useless pile of rags. The bottom (leggings) was 47" long, which according to LIghtInTheBox's customer service was the correct size and length for a 9yo legs. After weeks long of back and forth emails and pictures, Lightinthebox offered to take the clothing back but provided me with a Chinese address to return the merchandise and denied me a prepaid shipping label. Needless to say - the shipping was more than the garment. The joke is on me, I guess. Take my advise - do not waste your money with LightInTheBox.

I ordered a long sleeve bike shirt by end of February which was delivered by end of March, excellent quality and perfect size fit.
I paid for express delivery only to be told a week later that it's delayed. Just told to wait then I receive an email saying that I have to track it. No! That's your job! 1 month later no package, no replies, they have stolen my money. Will report & fb & Twitter. SCUM.

I placed an order for a clear mask with an attached hat and it was processed rather quickly and was as shown on the site. So I decided to place another order for mask filters and a scarf mask. The order wasd taking too long and they gave me the runaround when I inquired. Then stated they were out of one item and did not know when it would be back in stock so they cancelled and gave me store credit. Not acceptable so they said they would put the credit back to my card. I told them I wanted the whole order cancelled as they had not shipped any of the order. I went to the site to follow the directions to process the credit back to my credit card not to use on a later order as I will not be placing any more orders with this company. They show the credit and it states it takes a few days to show on the credit card. I had to push them by stating that if I did not see the complete credit on my credit card within five business days I would dispute the charges to my credit card company. We will see if it shows up next week.

Ordered a package April 2, processing time was 1-2 days and shipping was 3-5 days (I paid extra for expedited shipping). The package didn't ship until April 23, three weeks after ordering. Multiple e-mails to customer service, no help or offer for compensation due to the delay.
The package was delivered by DHL to the incorrect address on April 26. I've been on the phone with DHL every day this week to try to recover the package, so far I'm not sure if I will be ever receiving the package. In addition to this, I was charged customs for the package which was not mentioned in the invoice or description.
I understand stuff can happen with international shipping, and it's a busy time for couriers with Covid-19 happening, but their customer service is terrible. Avoid at all costs.

THis company is clever and dishonest. They make it impossible to get off their mailing list, despite claims that you can get off. They also have some method of working around email programs that would delete or screen their mail. CLever, yes. Honest, NO, emphatically NO. I will do my best to find some way to upend this and make them experience comparable annoyance.

LOOKED like it would be easy to exchange/return item purchased - turns out, YOU have to pay for return postage and that postage is at least 1/2 the cost of the original purchase! This was NOT clearly spelled out when I checked their return policy prior to purchasing. NEVER buy from them... and after all of this corona virus mess, one thing we ALL should have learned is to BUY AMERICAN and stop buying ANYTHING from China!

I need to return a jacket because it came in after Christmas. I signed into my account to track it and it said that I had no orders. The jacket arrived too late and I signed in again but still says I have no orders. Never buy from this website. I was not able to get the refund for lost parcel. Both, the DHL and Lighinthebox were pretend not responsible for the lost parcel.
Ever use DHL as well! Poor customer service, and no direct answer on direct question 'where is my parcel'?

Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
