I purchase a product, paid 35 dollars for rush shipment since this was a present. It's been 2 weeks and still have not received my order. The Website says costumer service will respond within 24 hours - LIES. I have reported them with my credit card company. Do not give money to this people, rather donate it to a charity! Please make sure to read reviews of the scam that this company is.
Placed order with 3-5 day DHL shipping at extra cost. After 2weeks and it had not shipped, filed ticket asking for refund. Then I got notice that it had shipped and ticket was deleted. Notice contained no tracking information. When I complained about that, was sent a tracking number that indicated that the product had not been received by the shipper but that they should expect it. They cancelled part of the order with no notice from them, just a credit on my payment method. I order on April 4, They finally shipped it on May 1,2020 after I filed with PayPal for a full refund. Received May 4, a full month after I paid for express 3-5 day shipping, Only seemed to move on order whenever I tried to get a refund. Not a company I intend to do any more business with!

Wish I could give them 0 stars, Been requesting to have my money refunded as by the time it shipped it was going to be too late for when I needed it, and my friend got a different one of the item. It's been over 48hrs since I've heard from them last, offering me a percentage off my item if I choose to keep it, I simply have no use for it so I want my money back now, and yet nothing from them, praying I can just get my money back.

I placed an order back in March and got an email saying it was shipped on March 23rd. Almost 2 months later, I still haven't received it and there's no informmation when I use their tracking. Read this before buying from them.
They are terrible. They lead you to believe it will be sent out quickly and it took me a month to get these. I repeatedly sent them, cancel my order and they kept sending me "standard" responses. They say you can return it within a few days and I have tried to do that and they have not responded.
I will not buy from them again. I HIGHLY suggest you review the negative feedback on this company.
I had ordered these from other companies after I ordered from them and had already received. I buy a ton of things on line and cant remember the last time I had such a bade experience.
BUY WITH CAUTION as they play the shell game and once you order it, you are stuck with it. Considering contacting the credit card company to contest it since I have been trying to cancel my order for 2 weeks.

I ordered face masks on April 5th, paid extra for fast DHL delivery, and "insurance". Not only the package has not been delivered but the initial DHL tracking showed "returned to shipper", after which they provided a fake tracking ID from supposedly Netherlands Post Office (for a delivery from China to Canada!?!), just so they don't have to issue a refund. I wrote to them on April 28th and requested the order be canceled and a refund. Since then they haven't replied to a single of my messages to customer service. They just pretend the problem doesn't exist, so they don't pay a refund.
AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. I cannot stress this enough: avoid like the plague if you don't want to lose your money and waste your time trying to communicate in a normal way with them.

I ordered a thermometer from these people and their website says it shipped, but I never received it. I tried to track the shipment on their website, but it shows "error". There is no number for customer service and their "directions" for getting a refund lead to nowhere. $95 down the drain in CHINA.

LightInTheBox.com offer the worst service I have ever witnessed. I placed an order back on the 4th April 2020.
3 days later they asked me for a further payment for another 2 products which I immediately gave them via Paypal although it took them over a week to connect with the payment despite the fact that we all know Paypal sends a notification to both parties to the payment! No excuses accepted there.
The items did not actually leave their premises until the 30th April 2020 so 23 days later so what the F*** were they doing for 23 days I ask myself. They said they are very busy and it takes that long to prepare the products for shipping... Crikey that must be a record! And then the products didn't leave China until the 7th May (seven days later!).
God knows where the products are now as there is no further information on the tracking info. Perhaps the plane has got lost in space running away from China's Covid-19 virus! Hahahaha!
The company is a complete joke. The website is also a disaster as very often nothing connects to what you are trying to achieve. Example: I ordered some Apple watch bands initially about 5 or 6 and a bit later I bought a further two but could I add them to my existing order NO impossible. Even they could not properly connect the two and it took them a further 7 days to link the two orders and collect the extra funds from Paypal.
Another annoying feature about the website is that they keep sending emails about items I have no interest in and despite several attempts to stop them emailing me all this rubbish they don't do anything about it.
I though that some of the Apple bands looked quite nice and the prices compared to Apple were very reasonable. Sadly I cannot even tell you whether the products I bought are any good as having ordered them on the 4th April and now it is the 12th May and I still have not received delivery. Disaster! Who knows whether I ever will receive the items so possibly another 110 down the drain.
So much for the great thrusting economy of China... more like it has disappeared down a hole in the ground never to be seen again!
User's recommendation: DO NOT EVEN THINK OF BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I foolishly never read these reviews, and ordered something from them. Paid for extra shipping to insure it would come on time for when I needed it. I still have not received the item. I paid a LOT extra for 3-5 day shipping. Its been a month since I ordered. Still nothing. I have complained, only to get generic responses.
I would NEVER / NEVER order from them again. And wish there was more I could do to help others avoid this company.

We paid for expedited shipping in order to get our product in time for our business. They didn't communicate their processing time for the product being made. When we reached out to them, they sent a generic email that had shown no real sympathy. Yes, we are all going through a crisis, but we should ALL be communicating processes consistently to our clients so they understand. Most everyone is good with that if given efficiently. Now when we go on the site, it says it is shipped but when you click on the tracking number there is no information about the shipment.

Ordered a phone case for LG G6 and one arrived for LG G4. Emailed customer service numerous times only to receive very poor responses. They maintain I chose the wrong model case, even after I stated I had not and gave them an example of their website allowing me to add a phone case to the cart without selecting any model. After this email they responded to say their returns policy does not allow me to return / exchange as the phone case is from the accessory items section and this is exempt from return policy. Ok here we go. At this point I must conclude that this is a scam site. How can you have so many obstacles in place so the customer cant resolve issues. Just one big BS hot mess dealing with these people. My only saving grace is that I didn't make a large purchase from them. Doesn't matter I still feel screwed placing an order (Order No: #******* of 2020-04-02) over a month ago and haven't received a thing. I'll be looking into disputing the charge with my CC company.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
