No delivery after weeks and weeks. BS hit tracking. No response to complaint ticket. No phone number.

These people just can't stop... they either can't read what people say or have no communication whatsoever. I was asked to review on their website - I said they were rubbish, thieves and took no notice of people, if the answer wasn't so stupid, I'd be fearful for them as a Buisness, so in answer to your email.

On our website the processing time appears on the product page, right above the "add to cart" button. The shipping time is different for each shipping method. For more information please see the following Me - so if the shipping date states 19 days add at least 20 more days on if it ever arrives
If the package is still in transit, please kindly wait. If you need any assistance, you may submit a ticket. They will be glad to provide professional help within 24 hours.
Me - transit a snail could of got here faster... professional help, now you must be joking... I got answered in Portuguese, English, wrote approx 20 emails, opened tickets told no to refund about 20 times... you call that professional... I call that rubbish.

They send the wrong size item and then advise that you should donate the item because it will cost you more money to return it then the item is worth. This Company is a ripoff and how it's been able to stay in business could only be if they were paying people for decent reviews.

Poor choice

Didn't gat any information regarding watches I purchased such as tracking number or notification that the payment went through. I'll wait and hold judgement but something does not feel right. The funds were taken out my bank account though

Theft

FRAUD This website is FRAUD! I ordered from them at the end of march, still haven't received anything, even the tracking is fishy because it never made sense. Were now in June, been going back and forth with someone and was told id only get 50% of my shipping price as 'refund' CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT! I spent 30 with them and I'm getting 2.93 back! Such a horrible website! DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. Now I get why they're still in business they scam people and give you absolutely nothing!

Expensive For Crap

I ordered pants that were on sale just to have some comfy ones to wear around the house. The deal for the pants was good but between shipping and import fees I paid an additional $60 for 2 pairs of pants, a good $20 more than the actual pants. It took 2 months for them to arrive, they came from China which wasn't indicated anywhere. When I received them the lack of quality was apparent. The material is super thin, you can see right through them despite being black and charcoal. When purchasing I bought a size up but these pants would barely fit a child, perhaps one of my legs. Of course the cost to return would be astronomical. Buyer beware!

I ordered a watch directly online from Light in the Box. Shipment of item appeared used--no instruction paper and watch didn't work regardless which buttons were pushed. I sent photo of what was received and messaged Customer Service. They said I would have to wait for an instruction sheet. I messaged them again that it was broken regardless and requested return/refund and have never heard back from them again. Stay away! Wasted money.

Crappy headphones

We purchase a gaming headset for my son and he was waiting anxiously for them. We didn't receive a confirmation or order number but did get a paypal confirmation that the funds were withdrawn from my account within minutes. When they finally arrived the microphone did not work. I did contact PayPal to contact the seller and return the merchandise.
Moral of the story: read company reviews before wasting money and time on items that don't work.

I ordered on 3/24/20, they charged my credit card on 3/26. I inquired a month later and was told to check with the post office. Since it was coming from China (of course) I have waited another month and nothing. They sent me an email asking if I had gotten my package and when I replied No they said "Dear customer
You can go to the logistics official website for your package's status. If you can not find it online, you can go to the local post office, and check the parcel status. " I would not recommend anyone buying anything from this internet fiasco.

Worse company ever

I advice anybody in canada and around the world not to ever buy anything from this fake company. I bought things worth $700 and I have never recieved anything nor have they tried refunding me my money. They trying to tell me the money is theirs. They are thieves

Delivery Delay

Item ordered on 4/9/20 to be delivered in 4-6 days finally arrived on May 28,20 after delay was reported to the Vendor, PayPal, and U.S. Postal Service. Seems no one could find the much needed tracking number, but could find the Order Number. This company insisted they shipped item to US so they were out of process of final delivery! Lesson learned - the first time -not to use this company

I wish I could give this company 0 stars and a fraud rating but 1 is all I can do. It has been nearly 60 days since I placed order ************** and lightinthebox claimed it was shipped.It is almost 20 days since since the order status was updated on the lightinthebox site. I still do not have my order and customer service only advises me to wait longer. Email from lightinthebox tells me that inquires made after 60 days will be to late to track the package. The company took my payment quickly enough, but I am starting to believe this company is a fraud, taking orders but not delivering anything. From other reviews, this is happening to many people.

I bought from this site at the start of April. Eventually it got shipped, with an ETA of 13 May. When I contacted them on 22 May to say it hadn't arrived, they replied that they wouldn't action it until the 20 July.
