Their sizes are ALL wrong, they are not USA sizes. Their Refund policy is horrible! You have to send the item back to CHINA. Their shipping from address claims Jamaica, New York, but that is False. Save your money and buy from reputable companies in the USA.
After endless emails withLitb I put my review on sitejabber and let Litb ( the customer complaint section) know about it. The next day they offered me a full refund and I can keep the jacket (will have to loose a srone or two) and two days later the money was in my accouunt. I hope they will learn from that because 1 complainer eats 10 praiser and that they don't treat customers like idiots.
I ordered a fleece lined wind proof bike jacket in 3 XL, I wear usually XL but wanted to wear a jumper underneath for the winter. Order no37716940 What they send me was not bigger than L and had no fleece just cheap plastic. I let them know that I want a refund, you can't just send things back to Litb, they have to give you a ticket number but they still did not give me a number. Instead they offered to keep the jacket and get a 20% refund or 30% discount for the next purchase. I tried often but never got an address. I don't trust those buggers at all and will never buy anything from these non gentleman. Save your money.
I never recieved the articles that i paid :( I asked them why they are not arrived. They asked me to wait 3 months and if stuff not arrive then contact again. I contacted but didnt get any answer.

TERRIBLE costumer service. After an unacceptable delay in processing my item prior to shipping my items arrive too late to given as presents, I sent the items back to the seller. It took four emails saying the same thing to get them to understand I had returned the items and wanted a refund. After they finally understood the items were on their way back they stopped the message chain and i was forced to start a new chain which they completely ignored. I was forced to go through Paypal to get them top communicate with me.

I ordered a product from lightinthebox. Xom. On their tracking tool it shows delivered but I did not receive my package. I tried contacting customer service. They are rude and condescending. Now they are asking me to track my own package because as per them it is delivered. There is no respect for the customer. Pathetic experience. I'm never going to use this website. You must read the fine print around returns. I received a product far below my expectations totally unacceptable and nothing like the photograph and description on their website and returning the product to them in China was to exceed the cost of the product! I was refunded $6 on a $22 purchase. Stay away!

A month of frustration with a simple order. No help from their website or customer service. To summarise a long saga: 1. Order an item worth £13 or so 2. Cancel almost immediately, within 24 hours. 3. Three weeks later - order arrives - I immediately return to sender ( the courier in UK). 4. Told that I couldn't have a refund unless I accepted the delivery online. 5. So they send another one! 6. When I go to the website I can't return it as 'you have no orders'. We received your payment of this order on April 29th and shipped it out on 2020-05-03. Actually we did not receive any cancellation request or any contact from you. We are afraid that your cancellation request was not submitted successfully.

Do not order anything from them! It is just shy of two months since I ordered a pair of light up shoes for my son. They just told me it will be another 1-3 weeks on top of that! Original Shipping estimate was 12-18 business days. After much complaining from me, they are offering to refund half of the $13 shipping fee I paid. I'm asking for a total refund bc the dang shoes aren't going to even fit my five year old by the time they get here! This is ridiculous and they should be ashamed of themselves. They have stolen my money and my son doesn't have shoes that fit bc of them!

Nel mese di marzo ho fatto un ordine su questo sito per due collane ed un paio di orecchini, il tutto spendendo una cifra molto buona. Dopo pochi giorni sono arrivati gli orecchini e la comunicazione che le collane sarebbero arrivate con una spedizione a parte. Bene, a tutt'oggi, malgrado gli innumerevoli solleciti ai quali mi viene riposto di attendere una certa data e passata quella viene ancora procrastinato, non è arrivato nulla. L'ultima risposta di Lightinthebox.com è di aspettare fine luglio! Avrei fatto molti acquisti su questo sito che ha tanti oggetti a buon prezzo, ma visto come è andata non credo che ne farò più! Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
