Do not trust this website, Light in the box, are poor in communication and then never fulfilled my order. They only sent part of order then denied it.
PayPal Australia which was the mechanism I used to pay, wee absolutely hopeless, they denied my claim because seller said they sent item.
Both parties refused to acknowledge that I was sort items that I paid, and did nothing about it.

Managed to get my refund by calling their customer service helpline number, i ordered 2 XL tops; they are so small that will not fit a normal 9-year-old. Now to try figure out the policy to return and get a refund I searched for the customer service number and finally found one in google about their customer service number which is +1 919/725/7706 after calling that number one of their representative answered the call, he guided me some steps and after waiting for 20 mins I got my refund.at first I thought whether they will really help me or it's a scam but after I confirmed with my bank I was relaxed as I have really received my refund from them
I ordered 3 shirts for my son for Christmas this year. They took over 3 weeks to arrive and when they did arrive, 2 were the wrong size! My son wears a small and received a small and 2 extra larges. The website leads you to believe that exchanges or returns are easy. This is a Blatant lie! When you try to press on the "returns" button, it does not let you go any farther, I tried 10 times! There is no phone number anywhere on the site to actually speak with a live person, but i wonder if they even speak english. I lost about $30.00 to this crappy site and reading the other reviews I now know why! Wish i had read them first. I'll NEVER order from them again and will tell everyone I know not to!

I've been waiting 3 weeks for my items. They withdrew the money from my account and I am still waiting. I am unable to contact anyone regarding the manner because they have no customer service number... I cant track my order either it won't even allow me to put the order number anywhere. If I could I would have them REPORTED FOR FRAUD AND FALSE ADVERTISIMENT THIS SHOULD BE ILLEGAL AND THEY SHOULD. BE PROSECUTED!

I paid extra for 3-5 day shipping. It arrived 2 weeks later. The outfit was of incredibly poor quality. The top was too big, the pants too small. The return policy is ridiculous. You're asked to take a photo of the problem. How do you photo the problem if the problem is that the product is crap? We took a photo of the pants anyway and the website didn't allow it to be uploaded. I advise any customer to look somewhere else. I've contacted the BBB, stopped payment on my credit card and notified Amazon of the nature of this company. It is a scam! Stay clear.

Images are not as accurate as shown, sizing is way off and shipping is beyond ridiculous. Picked up my order **************242) from the post office today and tried them on right away. Way oversized and I used their charts to place my order. Came after my vacation expired so have to wait till summer to wash these in hot water several times and hope they shrink a little. Returning them would be a waste of time and money since it took 2 1/2 months to get them in the 1st place. No need to ever order again and definitely one company I would never recommend to anyone.

Horrible experience! I paid extra for rush shipping. Items arrived way too late for the event. I immediately contacted customer service and was within all the return policy's parameters. They denied my request for return and will not accept the items back even though the shipping bags were NOT OPENED! AVOID this company at all costs!

Items have not arrived after four weeks. Order tracking does not work.
The company sent email to confirm that they received payment and order was confirmed. It is now almost 4 weeks and the item has not arrived.
I asked the company to follow up and they sent a few emails but nothing has happened.
Their tracking system does not work. I got web advice that tracking number was not known.
Postage and insurance (which I did not want) was about 50% of the cost of the item (total cost around AUS$70).
The postage insurance cannot be avoided and there is no information on how to claim on the insurance - if indeed it exists at all.
My advice - do not purchase from Lightinthebox.

Made the MISTAKE of ordering from LightingInABox. Ordered five shirts in sizes xxl men's and L women's. When the order finally arrived I had received five shirts that can only be described as being large enough to fit the whole family of five into! I have been battling customer service for 3 months trying to return for a refund. LightingInABox is the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I have ever dealt with! I wouldn't even give this company 1star, but this site made me!

Terrible customer service. Terrible return policy. Products are not as described. They are much cheaper, color is off, and doesn't fit as shown. If you want to return it, you have to go through a grueling process and pay for international shipping costs "again" and even then, they have the right to deny the return merchandise for any reason. If you want online credit, you have to spend double the amount of money you originally spent just to get more defective merchandise.

Customer service is non-existent. I have been trying to return a damaged item since January 28th.
Their guarantee page doesn't actually guarantee anything - it talks about their QA.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
