I ordered 2 items, but one of them was not what I ordered. After contacting the helpdesk, I got a full refund on the wrong item. Good and fast service indeed.

Order placed on 2/13. It's now 2/26 and order still is "processing." Items were supposed to ship within 6 days at latest. Customer service says items probably won't ship til March. Don't waste your time with LightInTheBox.com.
Update 2/27… the items finally were given a tracking number today. And of course… the items are shipping from China and states arriving in 3 weeks! The product information page said the items would ship in 4-7 business days. 4-7 business days? This is ridiculous. So I ordered on 2/13/21 and the eta is 3/20/21!?! I just wish they would have been honest on the product information pages for these items. Don't state that the items will process in a few days and deliver a week after. I expected 2 weeks max. Instead it's going to be 5 weeks. That is unacceptable. Never again. There's a reason that the majority of these reviews are 1 star. And I would guess that the 1 star reviews are the real reviews…
I do not recommend buying products from "Lightinthebox" I found to men's winter coats and paid for them. When they finally arrived, the large size would not fit as they were more like a childs large vs a mans large. I am 5' 6" 170. Their website is not user friendly probably so you cannot return or get a refund. When I reached out to them they suggested that I keep them and find someone that can wear them vs. sending them back to china warehouse due to the prohibitive costs involved. So i have two winter coats that I cannot use and no children to donate them to. I truly feel cheated by this company

Ridiculous shipping time. Or better to say "processing time " as they call it. It said 4 to 9 days shipping. 2 weeks later it was still "processing " and when I wrote to them they were like, hey it says (somewhere, I didn't see) that processing time can be such and such. Even if it did say it this a joke. Why do they think it's a. To mislead ppl like this b. Ok to process things for 3 weeks. Huge disappointment. I ad to cancel because by the ime it would have arrived I wouldn't need it anymore

I received a Sweatshirt that was the wrong size. It was a Christmas present for my son. It was delivered after Christmas. In order to return the item you need to take a picture of the size and the barcode and the item in its original packaging. Although we complied with those requirements we were told that the warranty period had expired. I wasn't looking for a refund I just wanted to exchange the item for the correct size. The No Customer Service representative said that they were sorry. Actions speak louder than words and the fact that they recommended I resell the item as a solution shows the transactional nature of their business. Their is no Customer empathy. I will not buy anything from Light in The Box ever again. My Son was disappointed but I will replace the item with something better. Given the current freezing weather conditions I will donate the Sweat Shirt to Saint Vincent DePaul. I will also post this review on other buying engines so that future Light in the Box transactors know what their dealing with.

Please be kindly advised that normally we could not accept your return/exchange request because your order has passed the 7-day warranty. Based on our policy, we can only accept and will initiate the return process within 7 days of the receipt of your order. While it was found you firstly raised the return request beyond that period.
However, I truly value you as our customer and do really want to help you. I had conducted new Ticket ID =22937401 in our ticket center and provide a new Special solution for your case. UPDATE: I told them I would write reviews and they didn't budge until this I published a few. Once my reviews went up they were all sorts of accommodating. They refunded me all my money pretty painlessly, even without requiring a full return of the broken equipment.
So my review will move from 1 star to 2 stars and I will advise anyone with a complaint to leave a review if they want fair treatment.
Light in the Box has a really extraordinarily horrible policy on returns. I strongly urge customers to shop elsewhere.
My experience: they wouldn't let me return two unopened LED lanterns because it was outside their 7-day return policy. I physically could not have returned them in that time frame because I was getting married out of state.
I hadn't yet opened them, but when they denied my request to return, I opened the boxes to try them out. Only one of the two lanterns worked at all. So now I have one unattractive lantern that's never worked and another crappy lantern that's just overpriced garbage and this company doesn't seem to care so long as they have my money. Stay away.
I gave earlier bad view on Lightinthebox company due to their bad products but now they have returned me back my money.
Worse material. I ordered two two men suite and on package which I received is mentioned women suite. I ordered XL size, so even it is large, I can wear it. But it seems XS and quality is not bad but worse. And now once I ask them to return their items, then they are quite and not answering. So never get experience with this site, otherwise you will lose all your money (you can also see box size compare to my foot and can imagine that how good quality of 2 three piece suites can come in this)
I am shocked by them. I am shocked to find out that they are common thieves. I have ordered on October a planetarium. According to THEIR site it would have been arrived in 2-3 weeks. Since then I have contacted them MANY times and always they send the same more or less message, that the item will be late and I have to wait. I have asked a full refund and they said that I have to wait untein January 10th. I said OK, but aftyer that they refused to give me a refund and they said that I have to wait until February 10th. They said that if the item will not have arrived till then, they would give me a full refund. Today they refused it! Shocked! Not onle they are completely irresponsible, unreliable and unaccepatble, but they are COMMON THIEVES! I have already spoken to my lawyer in order to find a solution!

Honestly, the stuff I've gotten is really quite good quality the only thing I could complain about was how one of my wigs was on the thinner side and that's it.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
