I bought my wedding dress this January with LightInTheBox and I am fully happy with the quality and delivery time. I went for a dress with Satin and Tull and both the materials and its processing were fine. Would recommend it forward to any bride!
Is a bad company. Models for clothes are caucasians but clothes dont fit north American sizes like Canada. The clothes are made in and ship from China to Canada. The sizes dont match Canada sizes. If you order a medium they will ship you an extra small and claim that they will not exchange the goods and tell you to give it to friends and family. Dont even buy anthing else from them. This company is a scam and should not be allowed on the global market place in the internet world. Buy from Amazons only.
Goods are good quality and a reasonable price. Goods were dispatched promptly, With covid freight was slower than expected.

Back in December 2020, I ordered some T-Shirts and Hoodies which I expected to be normal material. I was also informed delivery would be in 10-14 days. 2 months went by before I finally received the products. They were nothing like the normal material that T-shirts and hoodies are made from and as the order was a gift, it was too late. So after going back and forth with these people they finally said they would give me a complete refund including the return shipping.
I spent $60+ dollars sending their crap merchandise back to China which is where it comes from. It's been there since January 17th and not only have I not received my refund, but I don't even get a response to my emails requesting same.
If you have a brain in your head, you will not buy ANYTHING from these clowns, not if you value your hard earned money. Like everything else about China, you get (or not) what you pay for.

Amazing. Products exactly as per description, fast delivery.
I have ordered a number of different items and have generally been very pleased. It would be nice if the items descriptions provided information on what materials/fabrics are used. Also the delays from the time of order to when an item will be shipped should be provided. Currently all that is shown for status is "Processing" and you don't know if that means it will take one day, one week or one month.
But I think the variety of items and their quality have been excellent

The products purchased are of very good value for the money spent... they are good quality and well worth the investment! So top marks there!... unfortunately the returns process is not so good when you inadvertently purchase the wrong size... its a shame that I didn't check the sizes completely - Asian and European sizes are quite different. Means that money is essentially lost due to it costing a lot to return the product. The customer support was very helpful and arranged a part refund of the items...
I will be much more careful if I purchase more clothing from this company and will automatically purchase 2 sizes larger than I normally do in Europe.
Liked the dresses I received. Very good quality indeed. However, the metallic beads were too small. I specifically ordered them 5 mm. I got them 3mm which is just way smaller than I wanted. Then there is the long time for delivery arrival which made me think about how awfully long it would take to request an exchange for larger ones.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
