Never order from Light in the box. I ordered 3 pants. Only got 1. And it was extremely small. Not a large as ordered. Would not fit a child. I wanted money on this company. Had to throw out pants new. Don't you waste your mind ney. Rip off.
Just another China based retailer tricking women into buying super cheap clothes. The dress I got looks like a blue ruffled Halloween costume, except it's made for small chests, even in the larger converted size. The material is so cheap. Returns are only for a store credit and must be returned to China; therefore this goes into to the Donations bag. Lesson learned.

I bought two jumpsuits from this company and the size and quality of the jumpsuit was dreadful - one of the jumpsuits had loose thread coming out at the waist! I immediately told them I want a refund. Their response was: Shipping to China is difficult so keep the item and receive a reward of 40% of the product's value or keep the item with a refund of 30% of the product's value.
Both terrible choices. I chose neither. I demanded a refund which they finally agreed to but since I've sent the package back they closed my ticket and I've heard nothing since. I tracked the package and its reached its destination so where is my refund? Beginning to believe this is a scam

I ordered a few T-shirs from Light in The Box. I was shopping online for a birthday gift. My card was charged and I started to get a daily email with promotions, but none of them would give the day of delivery. A tracking link was there, but no deliver date. I emailed asking for it but never got a reply. It's been 30 days now and it's not ever close to be delivered. The birthday passed and I had no gift. Vendors should be more clear about where the items come from and about the expected delivered date. Not Happy.
UPDATE: After my review was posted, the company reached out and offered two options: complete refund, or 50% discount and I could keep the t-shirts for another occasion, once the birthday had passed. I decided to keep them, even though I didn't have them yet. They arrived a few days later. The prints look just like they appear on the ad, but (important to say), they are 100% polyester. The company did care, and for that reason I added one start to my previous review. Thank you.

Feel very disappointed and ripped off. I ordered a jump suit on 6/3/21 and not heard anything. I have chased via email and not heard anything.

Lightinthebox is not fake. The customer service responds accurately. The delivery time happened to me was too long (3,5 months) due to year end load and the pandemic affect. Though, ALL goods delivered in right order (200€ order, 8 pieces of cycling clothing). The sizing was accurate, no surprise at all. The quality is fair enough, matching the low budget. Sad to say that 2 defects happened to my goods: permanent stains on jersey and a fake chest pocket! However, i recommend the lightinthebox as low budget, fair quality supplier for cycling clothing.

Warning! Do not buy products here! The company is not serious. We bought a lamp that was broken when it arrived. We have now for 4 months tried to return it or get a new. Yesterday they promised us to get a new lamp, instead we receive two screws!

Seller provided additional refund and now I am leaving a neutral rating and review. It took quite a long time to resolve matters and after posting negative reviews the seller complied with my request for more refund money.
Purchased 3 men's shirts on Nov 4,2020 for $51.33 and received on Nov 17. Items were poorly made and not acceptable. Opened a Return Ticket on Nov 18 and shipped back goods on Nov 20 via USPS to China factory per instructions at my expense for $27.75. Continued on-going follow up for refund. Submitted claims to Paypal and Amex since LightintheBox never responded. Finally On Mar 5,2021 received email reply from vendor that refund would be issued. On Mar 11 a total of $40.07 was refunded to my Paypal account.
$40.07 - $51.33 - $27.75 = $39.01 loss. Vendor reduced refund for their initial S&H and insurance fee.
What a terrible seller! I will try to post my negative comments everywhere possible.

BEWARE! Worse purchase I ever made. The dress arrived 30 days later after I was promised 4-7 day shipping and the wrap is worse material than my shower curtains buttons are loose poorly sewn together. The color is off. I reached out to customer service and ask them can I return they stayed no. I will never purchase from here again. The stitching is uneven. And off track. I will be reporting to tbt better business bureau. Shipping was over $60 dress was 195 my total was $260 something dollars. Material so thick and cheap not trying to be a comedian but I wouldn't put it on anybody grand-mother. The threads are loose abs showing. Beware beware beware. Worse garnet I ever purchased. I should of listened to the reviews. Please beware this is an honest review. This company has completely misappropriated this garment.

1) Did not provide products as advertised by Christmas, and did not provide any new ship date 2) One product did not work and two did not fit 3) They made 4 detailed requests before make a refund offer of 15%. They require shipping to Hong Kong and they know this is a De facto NO RETURN policy. BE WARE. The clothes are on to the same size as the US and you will not be able to return them.

I wish I could give less than one star. The experience I have had with this company is RIDICULOUS. I have been e-mailing back and forth for a month now with no results. They sent us an order that we cancelled AFTER we had cancelled then said they would only refund my $50 if we returned the item and paid out if pocket for shipping to China. Our replacement order did not fit and they will only refund me $13 unless we pay to ship it to China which is well over the price of the items. Our third shipment "fits" but definitely not worth $60. In total, they have charged me $174 with no refund or help for the mistakes they have made.
We finally had to take e-mails to our bank and trying to get a refund from them.

I never write reviews on companies that I purchase merchandise from because most of the time I am quite satisfied with the product I purchased or found it very easy to return the item if did not fit or was not what I expected. However, in rating this company, I really would rather not even give them a 1 Star... I tried to return an item because it did not fit (and I used their size chart), it ran very small and took over a month to receive my order. Their return policy is very complicated, cumbersome and not costumer friendly. Never again!

Well I ordered a product and then realized the additional add-on prices raised the price of my item a lot. Now I want to cancel my order because I found something better elsewhere. This Is the first time I use this website and it was for international shipping. The status after one month or 2 months appeared UNDERLIVERED! After that I send alot on tickets and Emails cause I can't reach them the have only one Number and its in China and no one is answering. After that the status appeared DELIVERED. I'm updating to 3 stars because even though it came about a month later, it still came. I was also provided a $15 refund due to the inconvenience. They are not a scam, just really slow with shipping out orders I guess
I really wish that I did my research before I decided to order from this website... All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
