Don't buy from this company, quality of clothing I bought is not great, its Chinese rubbish. 1 item was described as a Sweatshirt, nothing like a sweatshirt, more like a t-shirt & printed t-shirt I ordered was really rubbish quality for the money & too small as its stretchy. Sizes are not great either. They make it extremely difficult to even find the section about returning items & then when you submit the form they say you have to return to China at your expense & will probably cost you more than the products worth. Instead they offer you a max 20% discount on buying again! What a joke! Avoid this company, don't know how they get away with it. Never again will I order from this company. Rubbish quality & service.
The shop has lot of interesting stuff to pick from. I always enjoy going through the endless amount of clothing. The delivery has reasonable price and it is always on time. I can´t get enough of the pages. Thank you.

I ordered a specific Tee shirt but when it arrived, the one supplied was clearly the wrong one. Contacted Lightinthebox using the format suggested by them. Not only was the response prompt but when I confirmed I still wanted the original Tee Shirt, it was then sent straight away. I took up the offer of a 50% credit on the incorrect shirt sent, and then it was used in a subsequent purchase. More than satisfied with the service in the circumstances.

There was some problems with shipping times due to COVID. But LightIn The Box, quickly resolved the problem and I am satisfied with their response. I have changed this review to 4 stars, and may upgrade it to 5 stars once I receive the product. You guys say specifically say on your website that its fast delivery. Considering it came from China. I expected it to be a little bit, but now it says on your site that my package is in New york Jamaica and has been there for the past two weeks and hasnt moved. Im considering asking for a refund because this is ridiculous. I ordered the same thing from Amazon and it took one day... i will definitely not be purchasing anything off your site again because of how bad this experience has been. This has now been a total of 3 weeks just to recieve a small package. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointing with no transparency...

I expected the item within 5 business days and haven't received it three weeks later.
I ordered a winter coat on 23 March 2021. The product page claims a shipping time of 24 hours and delivery time of 2-5 business days.
A tracking number was generated on 24 March but no courier activity shows until 27 March 2021. When I didn't receive the item after one week I checked the order details. Although the product page claims delivery within 5 business days the order details say estimated delivery time if 5-8 business days and shipping method if 8-15 business days.
I contacted customer service over a week ago and they have not responded however they did reply to my negative review on another platform.
I've also found countless complaints against this company for the same and similar reasons. This appears to be a common problem with this company.
I regret having ordered with them, this is a reminder to do my research on ecommerce sites before buying anything from them.

After I wrote a review on here about my order they started the process of finding my order. I received my order today and I am pleased with my order, but I will not order from them again. Thanks for helping me because I feel without you I wouldn't have received my order and lost my money. Their customer service is automated and you never get a clear answer from them until you make a complaint.

Ordered a lacy long dress cost £24.76 with postage. Dress was simply awful. Worth about £1.50. They must have just grabbed a piece of net curtain and sewed it. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
