Am crezut intial ca au uitat de comanda. Am scris un mesaj sa intreb ce s-a intimplat si am fost surprinsa de rapiditatea raspunsului. Mi s-a explicat ca se aduce din China ghetutele pentru catelus si ca mai dureaza dat fiind si conditiile cu pandemia. Am primit in cele din urma ceea ce am comandat si sunt foarte multumita de ce am primit.

Misleading measurements in top sizing. Length of item should be measured on the body of the garment, not the arm length. So, I now have 4 tops all which are about 30 cms too short. No 'paperwork' was received from these purchases. Question: how the hell do I return these items? A "Return and Exchange Slip' is required in able to return. Nothing given with delivery and nothing available on line. And the 'help line' will just lead you to a page of FAQ's. Do they really want us to be happy customers... ummmm... No.
Secondly, I purchased a string of outdoor lighting a couple months ago. No transformer (different from an adapter). Before install, I ran it past a qualified electrician. His advice was not to plug it in without a fire extinguisher handy. Feeling most ripped off. Very, very poor experiences. No refund in sight.

De er også meget venlige til at skrive hvis der er noget, hvor de har haft udsolgt og ikke ved hvornår de modtager et nyt parti, i mit tilfælde fikjeg 15% i kompensation hele 2 gange pga hhv 2 gange var der to varer som ikke var på lager. Dem bestilte jeg så sammen med noget andet. Deres beløninger og rabatter opnår man hurtigt og kan evt bytte dem men andet tilbud( bare de har samme værdi).
Man kan få alt mellem himmel og jord især meget fx tilbehør til fx mobiler Jegkan kun anbefale jer at kigge ind og hente APP'en Venlig Hilsen Gitte

Sieht echt gut aus und die Größe stimmt auch, kam innerhalb von einer Woche an. Bin sehr zufrieden damit. Der Stoff ist auch nicht zu schwer.

Delivery cost is too high for my opinion, products are O. K. For every piece you have to pay extra delivery regrdless you have just one order, this is a disantvage.
