I was looking for a fanny pack. I found it at Light in the Box. I spent a little more than the competitor. I received the product when suggested. That's when the problems started. I tried the different options available to keep the bag around my waist. The belt would not stay snug around my waist, it kept falling. I contacted the company and first they told I was out of the 7 day warranty period. I responded by letting the customer service rep know that I was within the 7 day period. Then customer service said that the only way I could get any kind of refund was to send the product back to China, suggesting that that would cost more than the product. They also offered a reward towards another purchase. Why in the world would I want to buy anything else from this company, when they took my money for a inferior product and hide behind the shipping costs to avoid refunding any money. I had the opportunity to buy another product which I really liked, when I noticed it made in China I put it back. Not a fan any more.

Molto soddisfatto sia del servizio (ordine consegnato esattamente entro i tempi previsti in fase di acquisto) sia dei 3 prodotti acquistati (rispondenti per descrizione e taglie a quanto presentato sul sito) guantini corti e pantaloncino per MTB e un paio di pantaloni cargo. La qualità dei prodotti al momento mi soddisfa, dopo un periodo di utilizzo rivedrò la valutazione. Non è la prima volta che acquisto attraverso questo sito, in base all'esperienza fin qui avuta (è andato tutto liscio) farò sicuramente altri acquisti da loro. Anzi, vado subito a vedere cos'altro posso acquistare!

Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: Suggest not to buy. Might end up not receiving the order or received the wrong size and would be returning and paying shipping or requesting a refund or not receiving a refund at all. There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
