Great products, but if there is a problem with delivery, the customer service team will throw generic, irrelevant and unhelpful responses at you, seemingly without even reading the details of your query. If I pay extra for tracking on my delivery, I don't expect to then be told I need to contact the local post office myself when it is not delivered. I also don't expect to have to remind the team to update me after they have received a response. They're quick to take your money, but when it comes to actually EARNING it they don't want to know!
I love shopping with this amazing shopping website. Everything is great from starting till the end it's fun to shop with them I love their notifications it encourages you to buy. Saving money and fast delivery better than other online shopping sites. Will continue to buy for sure
