Customer service is horrible when asked to stop delivery after the item arrived after date of childs birthdate. Told this to them they said wait till you receive your item then contact us. When I contacted them and asked fir Full Refund and item is still in exact packaging they said sorry no refunds. What kind of business does not appreciate clients buying. It was their fault not stopping wand sending item too late. I will NEVER order from LightInTheBox ever again. This was my first and last experience and I have told all my contacts the same! Only buy through AMAZON they are fantastic and appreciate returning clients and experience is always 5*. I ordered 4 silk men's shirts size xl when they finally came in it was women's shirts. I am returning them which the return process is exhausting measurements pictures they offered me 50 dollar credit to use on my next order which I declined I paid over 160.00 ca and also 80 dollars for customs. To final get my shirts. Now it cost me 70 dollars to send them back to only get a credit of the price of the shirts. So in actual I am only getting back 10.00 back for ordering shirts that weren't even correct in the first place. Very unsatisfied with this company.
I am changing my ratingnfor this company as i was put in touch withba representative and she said that she will fully refund my. Money and the other two charges duty and sending it back. If i change the rating. So i agreed I would change it to a 4 star rating gave them my paypal information and now am waiting on the full refund amount of 158. Plus 78 for duty and 68 for sending it back. If they do not uphold their end of this deal. I will be changing the rating back to the orginal 1 star rating. Today date is june 21 2021. This is the worst company policy I have ever encountered! Bought 2 dresses worth 328 dollars and it took them 6 weeks to get it to me. Finally it got here a very tiny size that wouldn't fit at all. I placed an order on April 15th from this company in China and never received it but they took the money out of my account the same day. I did not get an email confirmation or order number. I sent screen shots of the date and charges as per their customer service email request. After I sent it I got the same canned email response asking for the same information I just gave them. They are also saying there was no order. It's been two months. They are giving me the run around.

I purchased five dresses- none of them fit and one had an uneven hem to boot. When I tried to return them (within the 7 day return period) I was informed that although I had simply ordered a Size 10, the dresses were made to measure and therefore could not be returned. They informed me that the measurements of the dresses were published on their website and that I should have checked them before ordering. However, when I measured the dresses they did not conform to the published measurements. In fact the measurements were out by 1 1/4" to 1 1/2" on all garments (either hips were made too small or bust was made too large) so I emailed them back. They then requested dozens of photos. They deemed most unacceptable at first and I had to retake them using strict guidelines. I had to provide 4 measurements from the INTERIOR of the garment for the bust as well as measurements for the waist and hip. Some photos were requested as often as 3 times over the course of our 13 email exchanges. My photos clearly indicated that measurements were different from those published on their website. Still they refused to authorize my returns. Finally, in one email they acknowledged the following: "For the peach dress, we are sorry that it does not match the size chart." I replied that I assumed they would now issue a Return Authorization Form. I haven't heard back from them since!

Goods partly received - contacted company immediately and they said that is all that was ordered even thought order form and payment invoice showed differently! Customer service is non existent - no matter what question you ask it's a standard response! They make it difficult to either resolve the problem or refund for non delivery of goods.
I would just keep well away - I have now contacted bank direct to withdraw payment as goods not received and the bank have a charge back right if you bought the goods on a credit card - you can get them to charge back goods not received.

The 2 cycling jerseys we ordered took much longer to arrive than promised in the website, but we finally received them after nearly 5 weeks. Neither item fit so we contacted the company to inquire about return / refunds. Bizarrely we are told to ship the items back to China. They expressly state there is no guaranty the items will ever be received by them. Then they state that the shipping costs, that we are responsible for, will likely be worth more than the cost of the items (which is true). They suggest we keep the jerseys and either get a 40% credit on my next order (not likely, once bitten, twice shy) or keep them and get 30% refund. I will take the refund and will never deal with this bunch again. The low price proves "you get what you pay for."

I bought a 3 pieces suit from them, first l y it took a long time for the goods to arrive, plus when I got it was a smaller size, I complained and they ask me to send photographs send like 3 photos, but ask me to send more photos, I send close 12 pictured, and they mailed me that they are going to refund $90 out of $204, I accepted and ask them to go ahead, they closed the ticket and up till now there is no reward sent, they are scammers, a n y positive reviews fund on this site should be investigated thoughroughly. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
