This site implies a good and fast shipping situation. I had to pay a lot for shipping it surface on the slow boat. No tracking! Said 5-9 days but after purchase says 20-30. Missed the birthday when purchesed 3 weeks+ out. Will not ever use this co again! Clothing product materials very thin and cheap quality.

I ordered some shoes from here and I think they must of forgot to put a sole on them, they are absolutely awful. Now been on on my orders so I can send them back and get a refund and there is nothing about my order on there, no way of contacting them either. I feel ripped off and these were suppose to be for my daughters wedding. My advice do not order from this company

Light in the Box needs to know if they mail clothing to USA to make it USA size NOT CHINA SIZE. People are larger in USA, I won't buy fromt hem again, nothing fits right. Jack Trout

Please allow me to explain that we are not using a national standard size as we ship to over 200 countries and many of them have a completely different size system. To prevent customers from ordering wrong size, usually the details of size are presented in the ‘“Size Chart”’ on product page, which includes different measurement information, such as waist, bust, hip, etc. You could choose the products according to the size chart.

Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: Suggest not to buy. Might end up not receiving the order or received the wrong size and would be returning and paying shipping or requesting a refund or not receiving a refund at all. There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
