I placed an order in error so I immediately tried to cancel. The cancel process they have outlined DOES NOT EXIST!
Submitted 5 tickets during the 4 days my order was in "processing" status. They only responded to 1 ticket requesting additional info which I submitted but still received no answer. Customer service is non-existent & they requests tickets for EVERYTHING but will not respond to tickets either.

I purchased 2 dresses, took a snap shot of my orders, they got one size order wrong. They refused to give me a refund, even though I was willing to pay for shipping to return item, and I was willing to purchase another size. I read their policy, which I complied with. Customer service takes 2 days each time to return a message on their web site. WILL NEVER buy from them again!

Dresses are like a costume from the 70's. Thin cheap fabric. Colors are not true to description. Bought 2 dresses and both are total trash!

After 4 months I have not received my goods - and they will not give me my money back. An experience many others in this thread have had. Lightinthebox are stunningly indifferent no matter how much you turn to their customer service (By the way, count on one (!) answer every 24 hours - they love to exhaust you). They will not refund my money as they claim they have not received the package returned, which they have never sent. It's pure peasantry. Stay away! There are so many good companies that are better and cheaper, that you can trust Ligthinthebox is NOT one of them.

I order a size that is US size an the item did not fit. When I saw how many hoops you have to go through just to make a return (that you have to pay for) I realized this is so scammy. They give you the option to keep it and give you a small percentage back but what am I going to do with a dress that does not fit? Also, they tell you the cost of shipping to them back in China with tracking will be high so they prefer you go with the other options. This sucks. I spent over $125 that I will not be seeing back. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Light in the Box are great, and I have made many successful purchases with them. Probably my own fault this time: the product was inexpensive, admittedly, but it really was cheap and nasty. I have kept it, as it would cost time and money to return it, but it will be going to charity. So, somebody might get something out of it…

I have received items with expected delivery time and quality of the products as expected. There's some issues with products, and i have made contact service which they offer reasonable refund for the item's as i was expecting. Overall experience with delivery, packaging and service was very good. More I would love to shop again because i feel safe while spending money incase i am not satisfied i got money back to my account.

The products seem of good quality given the lower price. They are like described and shown in pictures. Sizes can be somewhat confusing sometimes for some particular items, but generally they match the regular size, it is important to check this because the devolution process might be not worth it.
Shipping is usually the downside, because it can take some time around 2-4 weeks depending on your country. In my case I understood that and had no problem waiting.

Answer: Suggest not to buy. Might end up not receiving the order or received the wrong size and would be returning and paying shipping or requesting a refund or not receiving a refund at all. There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
