I really don't understand how this Communist Chinese company has so many good reviews. They are very difficult to do business with. I recently received a T-shirt where the graphics were blurry (Showed crystal clear in the add). Just try and return something and then you will see their true colors... False advertisement. Over 2 weeks to "process" before shipping but was supposed to arrive within 10 days. Still have not received item so this is the slowest place and customer service was awful. Didnt stop order or return money as i asked. Pretty much ignores every question or issue that I raised to them.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE WIG!
I bought this week to wear one or two times to a couple of events. I didn't expect much for $30. But what I received wasn't even worth $3! I will say two and only two things are right about it. One it's the right color and two it came quicker than I expected. I received this week today April 1st. When I removed it from the bag and The netting over the wig there was so much hair in just the netting and the bag. So I said to myself no biggie it's just a $30 wig. Not only is it horribly thrown together, the strands are falling out phenomenally! You can see the white tracks in the part if the wind blows you can see all the WHITE tracks. They do this on purpose because they know it cost too much to send it back to China! I will never ever buy from this company again! As well as tell all my friends that this is as bad as the 'Wish" sellers. They should be ashamed of the reviews here and do something about it. I'm sure the few good reviews are fake.

Do not waste your time ordering from this website. It has terrible customer service. I placed an order and immediately tried to cancel it. I tried submitting a ticket but they never responded to my cancellation request. I have lost the money I used for the order.! There is no phone number or email available.

The fabric is of a good material. My daughter loves it so do I. My only disappointment is that it's small for her even though she just turned 3 and I chose the one of 3 to 4 years. So I suggest that you size a little bit up if you have a chubby daughter.

The pictures give the idea that the dresses are A-line, with creases and that the dress has "movement" when on the body. The fact is that the cheap material is single layer, no movement and isn't wearable even as a housedress.

I ordered several tops and found they didn't fit. So I tried to return them but was advised by Lightinthebox that they had to be returned to China and that this would be very expensive. Better, they said, to accept a 20% discount on your next purchase ( not likely) or they could graciously give me a cash payment of 10% of the value of the order. Should I still wish a refund, I was advised that they would not refund the original shipping cost. I then asked them to tell me the actual net amount of the refund I was seeking.
I have received no further replies from them. I resent my request for dollar clarity and again have no response. I do not recommend buying anything from this company as their after-sale customer service is totally unacceptable.

Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
