I'm very dissapointed, I orderd a lace sleeved top way back in January this year it came but it was very tight for a large size, so I sent it back and asked for an exchange, unfortunatley, I never received the next one, and I contacted the post office in the UK to recover but it never responded and I have complained about this neglicence,, and I asked for a a refund they said, I must send it back, the post office didn't respond, and there's no trace of it! I never signed for it, and it hasn't arrived, otherwise there would be no problem, returning it, I'm not happy, and need help tracking it so I can get a refund. I have ordered before and never had any problems with this company, but this has been an ordeal.)I am surprised, this dragged on.Do gratefully about ordering from them, as I don't know where I stand with my refund!

This was not my first time ordering from them my 50th birthday party was coming I ordered my dress from them so I decided to order the shoes to match after a month wait they came 2 days before my party I opened the box to have received One shoe I'm so pisst off then I get a message from them as if it's my fault I took pictures so I'm a very unsatisfied customer with 2 feet and one Damn shoe I used the one shoe on my party table I sure couldn't wear it

I am very dissatisfied with the items I ordered and am very upset to see all of the Restrictions for returning the items. I had to pay about 40$ for shipping and other fees and will be responsible for the same to send back. This was a costly purchase that I regret. Please beware the items shown were very nice but when you get the so cheap and shoes were a laugh too.

Appalling service. Items took weeks to arrive, high shipping costs. Items did not fit - sizing is completely random and quality extremely poor. LiB make it very difficult to request a refund (please see other review sites before buying from them). I have found it impossible to get a refund and am lodging a dispute via my bank. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a black sparkly top for a party, and it arrived in double-quick time. I am so pleased, it's lovely and a perfect fit. I do enjoy shopping with Lightinthebox, and they are very helpful if there is a problem.
I do not recommend buying from this website.
Very poor quality product, color did not match. Shipping took way to long.
Return policy quite complicated.

It is the second time i have purchased and it was really a good experience! I am certain I will do it frequently. The time was the expected and the photos are good and correspond to the products.
NOT American sizes, for tiny little Japanese women. I am a straight up S, was a fit model for that size. I went up to a M, but actually need probably something i have NEVER bought, a Large. Got about 9 things, LOVE the dresses, but the 2 pants= material horrible, the whole swim thing i got was VERY crazy small and FORGET trying to return. Cheap prices, expect cheap goods, but dresses are fun. I am eating the loss and enjoying the dresses. Hope this helps.

First of all, I received my order in just a few days (Japan). Second, the clothes I bought were very reasonably priced (this seems to be true for most things on this site). Third - and most importantly for me - I could find my (big) size easily, the details were listed correctly and everything is just how I expected it to be.
I shall be ordering again.

They just keep replying with the same response that I can either take a 30% credit for a future order or a 15% refund. I just want to send the dresses back for a full refund...

One of the jackets has a small spot O and the lapel. I hope it washes out. The jackets are of good quality and they fit as described on the app.

Das eine Höschen mit Strümpfen hatte genau oben beim Popo den Zettel, so, dass man ihn eigentlich fast wegschneiden "muss" und dann ist die Naht aufgegangen, was mich unglücklich macht. Das eine Orange Kleid entsprich nocht dem Busenmass, sodass es labbert und ich es nicht anziehen kann. Höchsten nochmal eins kaufen in kleiner und hoffen das das dann sitzt. Ansonsten bin ich zufrieden, da es sehr preisgünstig ist.

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
