I chose four lace dresses, two black and two dark blue. The quality is good and even am a XL/ XXL they fit me like a glove. The lace doesn't look cheap and is a bit elastic and it falls beautifully down. Even I bought two dark blue, the company mixed up one and they send my a different one, also a dark blue. But less lace and the skirt from voile. But because the dress was fitting me well I kept it. Sorry for the mixup but this dress was to beautiful to change back for the one I first ordered.

I tried to return the dress and was offered a 30% off coupon for my next purchase or 15% and I can keep it. I've been trying to send this back for 5 days. It's so bad Light In The Box doesn't want it.

My mom bought a dress outfit for me for $84. When we received it, it was in an open bag already. The outfit is way too small for me, even though it was ordered correctly. My mom requested a refund if she shipped it back, and they offered 10%. No way! This place is in C H I N A. They're making a killing off of Americans and getting by with it. They need to be stopped. DO NOT BUY!

Value for money, arrived quickly. I am pleased. The wig fits the picture.
Second order. 1st was shirts and was okay. This included vest and jacket. Ordered XL. Product said XL. Size was a tight medium. Returns? They said it was so expensive and took so long you'd be better taking ac10% refund or 20% credit. Terrible company. Rip off but I took my 10%. Now let's see ifvtgey do that. Avoid them. Terrible products. Terrible service.

I would have left it 0 stars if I could. Have never ordered from a company who would not consider refunding and returning items that I didn't like or that didn't fit. The material on these dresses is cheap. 2 of the sizes were too big. 2 of the items didn't fit well. I spent $146 and I will not get any of it back. All they gave me was 15% or 30% off. I even offered to ship them back with my own money. Nobody would respond to that. I would never recommend these people to anyone. Their customer service is horrible.

Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: You NEVER get your money back... dont use them. I am amazed this company is allowed to trade, I am sure we have law's against this kind of practise.
Answer: Suggest not to buy. Might end up not receiving the order or received the wrong size and would be returning and paying shipping or requesting a refund or not receiving a refund at all. There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. It' up to you to take the risk.
Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
