PAID EXTRA MONEY TO HAVE MY DRESS CUSTOM FIT AND IT DIDN'T FIT AT ALL!
I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED! THEIR REFUND METHOD SUCKS INFACT IN THEIR EMAIL BACK TO YOU THEY STATE THAT IT IS CHEAPER FOR THE CLIENT TO KEEP THE MESSED UP DRESS THAN WHAT YOU'LL GET BACK FROM THE REFUND BECAUSE THE CLIENT MUST PAY TO SHIP IT BACK AND ON TOP OF THAT THEY WILL SUBTRACT EXTRA MONEY AS WELL.
THE DRESSES QUALITY DON'T LOOK NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES THEY ARE MADE OF LOWER QUALITY MATERIAL.

Buyer beware! Ordered 6 shirts from the site. 3 weeks later they arrived. First off, sizes were way off from what the site depicts. I even used the sizing tool. Ordered all Larges. What came were easily XL or XXL US sizes. The images printed on the shirts were not crisp like the images on the site but instead washed out and blurry. The site also shows the shirts being fitted and tapered, they were not. They were basic T shirts and not tapered. The site says image matches product which is a lie. I tried to write reviews giving 2/5 stars and the site never posted them. I tried again giving a 4 star and it was posted so they are filtering reviews. Attempted to return items and they said I had to pay between 40-60 dollars to return the order to their warehouse in China. Definitely a scam so please beware before using this site.

Where to even start?!? They took my money right away but they actually took 2 payments of over $500US! I tried to contact them to tell them this and REPEATEDLY sent them screen shots showing the 2 different payments but they just danced around everything and kept asking for the same stuff I was already sending them!
I was then told that for my issues I would be getting a REFUND AND my ORDER but guess what?! The next day mg order got cancelled and I then had to contact my credit card to get the extra money they took refunded and then they EVENTUALLY sent the other money back but I NEVER got a single one of the 40 items I ordered! Not to mention this whole process took weeks and weeks and I should have had ALL of the order BEFORE they even cancelled it but apparently it never even left their building which is TERRIBLE! So clearly they are lying about their shipping if it was like 2 weeks and the products never left the warehouse- and that's not even including the lies AND the extra money taken!
So I can't even comment on quality or anything!

Ordered 2 dresses. Not like the pictures. Cost more to return them than I paid. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! The pink one isn't even heamed and isn't pink it's orange. Don't get me started on the other dress! I am stuck with garbage!

I wish I had seen these review BEFORE I ordered a pair of casual linen pants for my husband. It took about 3 weeks to get them. I read what they said about Asian sizes so I ordered a 5 XL. Hubby usually wears an XL so I thought I was safe. Didn't matter if pants were a little too large as they were casual pants. When they arrived my hubby could barely get his leg in the pants much less two. I immediately wrote to return the pants and received EXACTLY THE SAME RUN AROUND AS MANY OF THE CUSTOMERS IN THESE REVIEWS. "Gonna cost more to send back than the pants were worth or we will give you 10% value, etc." This company is not in the legitimate business of selling merchandise, they are in the business of slight of hand. This company is a RIP OFF. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM...

I chose four lace dresses, two black and two dark blue. The quality is good and even am a XL/ XXL they fit me like a glove. The lace doesn't look cheap and is a bit elastic and it falls beautifully down. Even I bought two dark blue, the company mixed up one and they send my a different one, also a dark blue. But less lace and the skirt from voile. But because the dress was fitting me well I kept it. Sorry for the mixup but this dress was to beautiful to change back for the one I first ordered.

Terrible! The jumpsuit and skirt are NOTHING like the picture. They are made of 2 different materials and are not the same shade of red. Do not order this! I tried to return the dress and was offered a 30% off coupon for my next purchase or 15% and I can keep it. I've been trying to send this back for 5 days. Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
