I ordered 10 dresses. All were way too big. The size chart isnt accurate. Converting medium and large to their chart, everything I ordered too large.and shipping…3 hooded sweatshirts. Dress. Tshirt. Cost $20.73 plus $43.75. Now if they would have fit that would be ok. But I have that cost to return them and they don't refund shipping. They offered 10% off the products if I would keep them. What a joke! So 3 orders product cost was $139.92 plus shipping of $116.63…. BE VERY SURE WHAT YOU ORDER WILL FIT! RETURNS WILL COST YOU! The 3 order number are below

The dress was too big, even though I measured myself beforehand and compared to their size chart. Their return policy states 7 days for any reason. I tried to initiate the return immediately upon receiving. They kept making excuses as to why the sizing might be off and basically said it was my fault. They offered me a 10% refund to just keep the dress ($20). I said I wanted to rerun for a full refund. They said I had to send them pictures of measuring my bust (breasts) so they could see what size they really are. So inappropriate and unusual. I never should have taken the risk of ordering clothing from china as the size is NEVER right. Save your money and order from a reputable company with accurate sizing.

I've got my items in good condition, exactly as described on the site. The items were of good quality and match the choosen size.
I have order a watch wristband as mine broke down. The quality of the wristband is as the original. Preparation and delivery was fast. Would purchase again on lightinthebox.

I ordered a dress on here after reading some reviews of the site and decided it was a safe risk. The dress came in terrible quality and falling off my body. Their size chart states a size 4 is a medium so I ordered a medium. The dress was not only $#*!ty quality but this "size 4" dress was falling off me all the way down to my waist (it was sleeveless). This dresses true size was a an 8 at least. After I requested a refund for the size the said there is not much they can do bc shipping back will cost $40? When shipping was originally $10. So I made another request for the terrible quality with multiple pictures and their response was "sorry we don't see a problem we can offer you 15% back, that's it too bad" and have now been arguing back and forth with them for 2 weeks. I deserve a full refund for the sizing issue and for the misleading picture that I assumed would come but instead I got a dress in the worst quality I've ever received. Absolute scam of a website DO NOT ORDER

The clothes are poorly made. Cheap fabric. They make it impossible for you to return. Customer service is the worst I've ever encountered. The clothes look nothing like what is on their website. I feel like I've been scammed. Such a rip off.

Garbage product. Do not waste your money. I ordered 2 pairs if sweatpants. One Grey and camo. The camo did not match the picture and the Grey was brown. Within seconds of trying the first pair the slightest tension tore the micron thick material(these pants wouldn't make a penguin sweat. So thin) tore at the waist steing holes. Within one hour. Giant hole in the pocket. Lost my headphone case. Went to get in my truck to go home. Inseam tore. Do not waste your money. Beware. Don't buy anything from this site

I ordered a size 10 ("off the rack") dress and was led to believe the item would be shipped in 3 days. It took about 3 weeks to get to me and when it arrived I was SOOOOOOO disappointed in the quality. The top was the only item that had a tag in or on it, the pants and top did not and the quality of these two items was poor. I believe that the zipper belonged in the back of the pants and was in the front and thus - fit was poor. When I tried to return - it has so far taken 3-4 emails and at best I am being offered a 70% refund if I send it back at my own expense. I honestly am skepical the refund will occur. The return policy is very vague. BUYER BEWARE.

I ordered several tops and some did not fit well. I returned them as directed to a Required China address at a cost of $50 and now it is March 21,2022 and I have received no refund and there is no way to talk to a real person to discuss my concerns. Be wary in ordering from this company.

While waiting for my order to arrive I tried to contact customer service but was never able to do so. Their website does not open properly. Now that I received my order, very late, I may say, I wrote them about exchanging for a different size. They want me to pay out of pocket to send back to China which is more than 1/2 of the value of the merchandise. They are encouraging me to keep the merchandise (which does not fit) and as a "reward" they offer a 10% or 20% refund of the merchandise value. I cannot believe how any business can betray their customers in such manner. They claim they had to close their overseas warehouses, yet the package came from California and not China. Please do buy from these people. They will not do anything to accommodate your needs. None of these options are agreeable to me. I guess I must go on a diet so that the clothes will eventually fit me one of these days!

Terrible the dress did not fit. I mean it was a horrible fit, lopsided and the sleeves were WAY too tight. I weigh 140 and I am 5'6". And they only offered a 15% refund... PLUS the order took about 4.5 weeks to arrive. Worse looking dress and fit ever. Plus I could not even zip it up.
I was willing to do 85% but no longer... I want to sue them for such bad service and return policy.

Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
