ORDER BIGGER sizes than what they state even in their size charts. They are Asian sizes and run MUCH smaller than American.

Absolutely HORRIBLE company. The sizes are way way off. You need to return the items to CHINA even though the package states it comes from Garden City New York by a company of the name of Jane.
They will offer you a refund LESS 15%. What a joke. They know you will not spend the additional money to have it sent to CHINA. STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY. I can't stress this ENOUGH!
They make up their own sizes that are nonconforming. They make excuses and then ignore complaint saying ticket is resolved... Then said they couldn't identify the ticket... Any excuse not to accept returns and credit money back... Bad Chinese business... STAY AWAY,,,, FAR FAR AWAY... they will cheat you
This is the first time that I ordered anything from this company. I deliberately ordered different types of items to get an overall idea of the quality of their merchandise. The quality of the pair of shoes, the belt, and the jewelery was good to excellent. I was rather surprised due to the extremely affordable prices. The articals of clothing was disappointing. The ladie's blouse was advertised as a summer blouse, so I wasn't really upset that it was thin. However, the dress and pair of pants that I bought were unsatisfactory. Both were made of very thin, cheap, and flimsy fabric. My takeaway was this: this is the place for accessories. Clothing should be purchased elsewhere. Truly a case of getting what you pay for.
What a scam. I ordered a dress for a wedding and when it finally came it was 2-3 sized to small. Now they told me it was a made to order dress and cannot refund my money. $135 - gone. If it was made to order I would have sent my measurements.

The company seems to be a shambles. You cant rely on them.
I ordered a fishing rod to take with me to needy people in the Carribean. I had lots of lead-time.
They gave a delivery date undertaking, then as soon as was shipped said OOPS, "we dont have delivery capacity". Then they reveal its sent by USPS snail mail. Then their tracking tool goes off line. And now I cant find any way to contact them. And it's too late now to take the rod.
Seems an unreliable company. Bad attitude towards customer. False promises.

I tried to order two dresses for my friend for her daughters wedding. Unfortunately, while I was trying to check out, the price changed for the first dress from 85 to 159$, and the second from 130 to 269$. I went back and forth with costumer service and I NEVER couldn't get any answer, but was transfer from one to the other and the ticket close without any respond. The worse is to come when the dresses arrived. The worse dresses ever, the worse material, and the size away to big. PLUS, when my friend went to pick up her packet she should have to pay 153 Euros, even though I had paid shipping for 43$, and security for shipping total 60$. A night mare to rich the customer service to solve the problem. This is a night mare and I don't know how long that will go to get my money back 437$, for two AGLIESST dresses ever. Look for yourself on all pictures and ticket, DO THESE DRESSES WORTH OF 600$ all together? Please let me know

I ordered a sweatshirt, following their size guide. It is too big so I tried to exchange it for a smaller size. They told me it was my fault and that it would cost me the price of the item to return it. They told me to keep it and have 10% off my next order. Why would I want to keep an item that doesn't fit me? This is the second time I have had problems with them so I won't purchase from them ever again! Their returns policy sucks!

I placed an order since March 16 which was meant to be delivered April 11 latest. Delivery was meant to be in the UK and I have has to change address twice because I was leaving the UK and my friend whose address I changed to is also leaving the UK. I asked for cancellation of order because Light in the box has been sending messages asking for 5 to 10 days delay in shipment. I expect a full refund upon cancellation of order because it is Lightinthebox that has not met their end of the deal. They are saying I will only get 50% refund because theaterials have been cut. This is not fair and it is not acceptable. They should cancel my order because the event I need them for has passed and they should give me my full refund

My elderly mother placed a large order for clothing. Once it arrived, it is a mix of clothing that does not fit and/or does not resemble what she ordered. I am trying to get a return address to ship the products back for a refund, but it seems as this is just a waiting game. They respond to the ticket by offering an escalating credit or percentage of her total cost, but so far (six days since receiving the items) will not send the address to return the items. At this point, I'm thinking they are waiting for us to give up or the time allowed for returns to expire. Hopefully, we can resolve this quickly. Beware of this company. It all seems sketchy.
UPDATE: I finally received a return address and sent the products back as directed. The postage is 50% of the anticipated refund, but at least my mother may recoup some of her money. I remain skeptical about receiving the refund, but I will update this review with any new information. ANOTHER UPDATE: My mother had the package returned to her as the company refused the package. At this point, we have spent even more money paying for international postage. Additionally, the company closed the return ticket on the site, saying the return was not received. It certainly wasn't, as they refused to accept the package. Their business model is to send inferior products or products not even ordered, and then refuse international returns at the customer's expense. Please do not order anything from this company as that is the only way to make an impact on their business practices. So sad they take advantage of people for profit.

I ordered 10 dresses. All were way too big. The size chart isnt accurate. Converting medium and large to their chart, everything I ordered too large.and shipping…3 hooded sweatshirts. Dress. Tshirt. Cost $20.73 plus $43.75. Now if they would have fit that would be ok. But I have that cost to return them and they don't refund shipping. They offered 10% off the products if I would keep them. What a joke! So 3 orders product cost was $139.92 plus shipping of $116.63…. BE VERY SURE WHAT YOU ORDER WILL FIT! RETURNS WILL COST YOU! The 3 order number are below

Answer: Suggest not to buy. Might end up not receiving the order or received the wrong size and would be returning and paying shipping or requesting a refund or not receiving a refund at all. There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
