My partner bought a dress from them and it was too big. She notified them that she wanted to return it and they agreed in principle. The dress came from a UK address, but they want her to post it off to China for the refund her expense. They will make it as difficult as possible to give you a refund. Under UK law you are entitled to a refund when you buy online if you notify them within 14 days and return it within another 14 days. Don't waste your money, shop elsewhere.
Not one single item was like the photo and such crappy poor quality I could not even donate 1/2 of it just garbage

I ordered a jacket from this seller for 60 euros, which I never received. The sender DPD probably lost the package, which unfortunately happens more often in my area. LightintheBox has not tracked the shipment to this day offers me a stupid 10% voucher on the next order. Stay away from this seller!

Lightinthebox.com appears to have fabulous section and prices. The site states 5-9 business days shipping so being in Canada I assumed this company was in North America. I also assumed that all the lovely Tee shirts I was looking at were cotton. There was no fabric content stated in the descriptions of the two I finally ordered.
Within a couple of days it became apparent that the company was in China and I was not going to be getting these Tees before the heat of summer.
They finally arrived and were POLYESTER! The sizing was also off as is often the case with items made in China.

UPDATE. After several weeks of emailing back and forth with Bloo and sending pictures verifying the measurements of the Tees did not match the measurements stated in the listings I was finally given a full refund.

Some produce are good and some of them are not. The custome service answering is not that fast. You might get wait several days to responding.
I will never buy anything again from this store. I ordered four things and found that two of them didn't suit me because of their inappropriate size. I could not find the phone number of the merchant, the merchant does not respond to the email and neither does he respond to a bad review. So I have two things to throw away. Next time, I'd rather buy something from a store that I can communicate with.
It takes a long time for the package to arrive. They sent me the wrong goods. Now they won't send the one I paid for.

Everything was OK. Arrived a little bit later, but it was not crucial.
Not as I expected. Material very thin. Not long enough, would suit a person of 4ft 6ins.
Also sleeves much too tight. If this is a size xxx I don't know what a L would be.
Disgusted with the item. I certainly won't be sending it back to CHINA. Why should I pay the
Postage. Don't be fooled by the adverts for this dress.

I wish I had read some of the reviews before ordering because if I had known how difficult they make it for you to return items I never would have ordered. Also not good quality.
I ordered three sweaters that were too big even though I ordered small. I keep getting the run-around and they tell me it will cost a lot for me to return to China and they offer me a very small discount of 10% if I will keep the items. Of course there is no phone number for Customer Service and trying to get a refund seems

I placed an order for 3 items (pantsuit, dress, lightweight jacket) on 3/31. Pantsuit and lightweight jacket were for my daughters wedding on 4/23. Dress was for the Bridal Shower to be held 4/10. The dress was advertised as 'Ships within 24 Hours', which is the only reason I ordered it believing this meant it would arrive in plenty of time for the shower. Not so. That condition ONLY applies if the item you purchase advertised as 'Ships within 24 Hours' is the ONLY item you order. If you order other items that have a lengthier processing, handling and shipping time, everything comes together. However there was no way I could know that based on the information provided on the website I placed my order and kept looking for evidence my dress had shipped. After a week I chatted on line with a customer service agent and that's when I found out the dress was being held back until the other items were ready to be shipped. Thus once the dress finally arrived the bridal shower was over and the dress was of no use to me. My attempts to return the dress and be reimbursed have been a nightmare. Yes they will take the dress back, but by the time I pay shipping my refund just isn't worth it. It's my opinion that something advertised as 'Ships within 24 Hours' should actually ship within 24 hours, silly me, foolish assumption with this company for sure. And it doesn't matter that the company made false statements, the customer pays the return shipping fees. I tried to have the company take responsibility for advertising a product incorrectly but they just wont. Yes they are polite, and quick to respond but be warned, never ever expect any item you buy to be shipped in the time promised, add many weeks to that. This dress was certainly not expensive and isn't going to 'break my bank' so to speak but its a principle and honesty thing to me. This company has not shown they have integrity and cant be trusted to follow through on their promises.

I did my research to make sure this company was legit. I ordered a dress for an event more than a month out. It's final delivery day was the day of the event, but when I tried to cancel early on as I noticed it was still processing a week later, I was encouraged to be patient and given a spiel about the wasted materials (these was not a custom-sized order, but they said anything used for my order would have to be tossed, which makes no sense) and how I'd still be charged for more than half of the dress. I agreed to wait.
Finally, after watching the site daily and still seeing "processing" within two days of the earliest date in the delivery range, I reached out to them to have the dress sent directly to where I'll be for the event. They changed the address, but informed me the dress would not arrive on time. Now, only several weeks out, my limits for a backup are limited. I should have trusted my gut and canceled earlier. I'll be contesting any remaining charges with my bank. It looked like a beautiful dress. I'm sorry I won't be able to wear it.
I would give zero stars but that's not possible. My mother and I had ordered what was supposed to be a jacket but was instead a thin sweater with the stitching not even properly done very cheap clothing. I do not recommend at all. After asking for a refund we agreed on 30% of my money back, instead of a 50% store credit. I asked them when I will be getting my refund on my card and they said my 30% will go towards the website but that's not what they said in the previous email and will not give me a refund. You will not like the clothes and you're guaranteed not getting your money back.

Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
