A good site for those who want to shop online. It has somewhat expensive items and at the time of payment there is some confusion in the various passages but overall it looks good without bringing anything innovative. There would be a way to compare items. I didn't like the exchange policy very much. We have to pay the shipment of what is wrong and this makes the item get even more expensive without having advantage in buying online.
They sent me a wrong colour trousers. I couldn't send back fir exchange because us very expensive.
I asked them to send another one free of charge with the ordered colour but they refused. I'll never order or buy something from Lightinthebox again
Shirts are faded and don't match the advertised products online. The hat I ordered came smashed in a plastic bag with deep creases, and they suggested I use a steamer to fix it. When I asked for a refund, they only offered 15%!

I purchased 3 outfits on March 6,2022 and was told I would have them in 5-7 days took 19 days to receive and I've been trying to return the items ever since. I have received multiple emails from them with different excuses each time, I've contacted my credit card company with a dispute and continually have asked for a return label so I can return they're product. Still no satisfaction after almost a month of sending emails, no way of speaking with anyone just email SOOOOOOOOOOOO frustrated! NEVER again will I buy from them.

I purchased 4 items to take on a trip recently and paid for priority shipping. The package arrived 5 days after I was told it would arrive making delivery weeks to get here. The package didn't make it in time. When I returned from trip and tried them on I ultimately only wanted to keep one.
I tried to return the other items it's was a complete roadblock. The one item I stated was to small the company told me I should have checked the size chart. Well I did. Just items don't fit all body types, The other items were just cheap quality. LITB responded with I would only be refunded if the return fit their guidelines and within 7 days of arrival. Along with the fact I had to pay shipping. They were going to do me a favor and just give me a 10% refund to not bother. HaHa! Lesson learned. I've donated the clothes and would never waste my time or hard earned money with this company again.

I have been emailing customer service for a year and a half. No help at all, they sent a coat in the wrong size package and want $38 shipping to return. I already paid for shipping to the USA, plus the price of the coat. Dont buy anything, you have truly been WARNED.

I ordered a bridesmaids dress and got what I though to be the appropriate size based on exactly what their website said with my exact measurements. The dress came quickly, however it was too small, way too long and very cheap looking. When I tried to return it, they sent me some stupid long explanation saying that they "closed all of their US warehouses, so I would have to return the item to their warehouse in China", which would "cost more than the item." They offered me 20% of the $60 dress. It's the worst company I've ever shopped with and I will never shop there again.

Purchased a pair of shoes, that did not fit. They offered a reward/ credit, for $ 30.16 if I did not return them. Several weeks now, each time I attempt to repurchase the credit does not apply? Purchased four shirts based on internet images. The quality of the product is terrible. The craftsmanship is poor and the material is very cheap. This type of material was outlawed in the United States decades ago. When exposed to heat or flame, this synthetic material will melt and can fuse to the skin. This essentially creates a second skin and can lead to horrific, disfiguring burns.
So I tried to return. The policy is ridiculous. I must verify the receipt. Wait submit a request for a return from China. If accepted as a return I must pay for shipping to China, hope it arrives and then hope for a partial or full reimbursement. Their choice. This is absurd and this company should not be allowed to do business in the United States.

I had to click one star in order to write this review, but it doesn't deserve any stars. A nightmare to return and a no-refund policy that's not obvious until you try to return and get a refund. And total make believe explanations. Plus extremely poor quality of sewing and fabric. Stay away!

I received my order and got the wrong color on one top---and wrong style one the other ==Since I can"t get ahold of them by phone or otherwise I guess I got scammed! Theyhave a guarantee but no way to talk or email them I will never order from again and you shouldn' t either

Dont buy anything here... is all cheap imported junk... sizes are way off and no returns. I tried to initiate a return and was told I would need to pay for shipping back to china and would cost more than the item price.

My order has always been delivered. Very good information, when the delivery will take place. Many thinks that we don´t get in Germany. I would also like to shop for 1000.-Euro in this shop if you can.

Answer: You NEVER get your money back... dont use them. I am amazed this company is allowed to trade, I am sure we have law's against this kind of practise.
Answer: Suggest not to buy. Might end up not receiving the order or received the wrong size and would be returning and paying shipping or requesting a refund or not receiving a refund at all. There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. It' up to you to take the risk.
Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
