I received the t-shirt one day and requested a return the same day. It was made out of a weird slinky material and the lettering was blurry. At first I got the run-around. Then they said they couldn't send me a return label but if I would pay $15-$40 to return the $16 shirt, they would reimburse me. Yeah, right! They then said for me to keep it and they would give me some low percentage discount. This company is a scam because you cannot return shoddy product. Buyer beware!
My wife purchased items from this company. When they arrived they were the wrong size and did not match the images online. They were returned as per their specific instructions 6 weeks ago. Still no refund. This is a scam

Light in the box is a total scam. They scammed me out of over 200.00. They do not allow you to return items. I purchased 4 jackets and didnt like the quality. I didnt even open 2 of them. I followed their (very difficult) return process the SAME DAY I received the items and they said the only way I can return is to send to CHINA Myself which is EXTREMELY costly and takes up to 30 days or more. Meanwhile they shipped it with a couple dollar delivery fee in 5 days, I went to the post office and they gave me a quote for almost 200.00 to ship. Light in the box explained that it would be that costly and that I might as well just keep the items.> They actually told me that in writing. That I might as well keep the items. They make it so you cannot return items. DO NOT PURCHASE

My wife ordered a dress on the site for our daughters wedding in June, whilst the delivery was not to bad once my wife opened the package the dress does not sit on her like the picture.
I opened a ticket to return the dress 9 days ago and have still not received a return address whiich i have requested 4 times.
Also be aware of all the criteria when ordering as i was told this was a made to measure so will also loose around £50 on the dress as i only receive some money back and have to pay to return it EVENTUALLY to china when if/i get an address.

I ordered 1 blouse and 2 dresses size 3X. None of them were even close to size 3X
My niece who wears size 12 still did not fit in them.
Tried to return but they make it so hard to return I just gave up. I hit a brick wall at every request.

It's impossible too get ahold of anyone in customer service. However it took some time but I did get a refund for damaged cargo pants. You have to be extremely persistent and you will finally get it. If you buy any of the 3D clothing make sure you do not wear anything over the top of them not a sweatshirt not a coat. The pictures look identical to what is advertised however the material is garbage if you wear anything over the top of them it phrase it. Also the sizes for pants are around three sizes too small make sure you order your pants a considerable amount larger than what you normally wear. If you try a refund for pants being too small they try to give you 20% or 10%, it's ridiculous. So do not try a refund under pants too small they will try to screw you out of your money.

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
