This company is based in China. When you buy stuff from them and it inevitably comes and is poor quality and not fit for purpose, they then make returns so complicated you end up not bothering. I can only imagine all these positive reviews are fake. The quality of products is bad, customer service bad, returns process near impossible. Terrible company
Ich hatte ein T-Shirt laut der Größentabelle XXL 119-126 cm Brustumfang bestellt und habe eines mit 134+ cm Brustumfang bekommen, dass wäre sogar fast größer als XXXL.
Den Fehler geben sie nicht zu und schieben den Fehler mir zu.
Ich verlage nur, das ich den bestellten Artikel in der richtigen Größe bekomme, angeboten wurden mir lächerliche %. Das war meine letzte Bestellung.
In the add they told it woud taken 5 to 8 days to deliver. In reality I had to want for a month.
But the clothes were very nice and the size matched as was indicaded on the match indicator.

They offer a coupon of 10 dollars, but I paid 30 euros for what I haven't received. Anyway, I'll never buy anything else, so I don't need a coupon. I want my money back!

Ich habe ein sehr schönes Shirt erhalten. Das Material ist o. K. Die Größe 2XL entspricht etwa einer Damengröße 44 in Deutschland. Leider gibt es kaum eine 3XL, denn ich trage die Größe 46 und 2XL ist dementsprechend etwas knapp. Die Hersteller in China sollten bedenken, das in Deutschland die Leute größer sind und entsprechend auch in der Weite größere Größen gebrauchen. Wenn Sie in Deutschland verkaufen wollen, sollten Sie auch größere Größen anbieten.
I not only had to pay for shipping but also for duties which came out to be a lot more. I was told once it was in my province that I had to pay duties as well, almost as much as the dresses, minus a couple of dollars.
Oh! I also left a review on their web site and it was never posted?!
Then they came and were not navy blue but a slate blue, the sizes were much too big everywhere on me. I was told they looked like moomoos. I was not happy!
They offered for me to keep the dresses because they don't provide you with a return label. But they would only give me a portion back that I bought the dresses for?! Never mind the whole cost of somethings that I can never wear. Then the shipping and the duty taxes I'm out of pocket for?
Oh and the top of the dresses are see thru as well.
Too bad as the site looks like they offer beautiful items.
PayPal ended up helping me out instead. But I was still out for the duty fee. Before I recieved the next delivery... I cancelled it and it's still on the way?!

The shorts I purchased didn't fit, so I thought I would return them, however they emailed me to say I would have to pay the return cost to China, which would be roughly half the cost of my purchase.

Ordered white shirt, received a slightly soiled yellow-ivory shirt. I like the shirt, style and fabric but yellow is the only bad color on me. I had several earlier deliveries and merchandise was as ordered. BUT THEIR REFUSAL TO CORRECT THEIR MISTAKE JUST KILLS IT FOR ME. This is the first vendor online that has ever stiffed me. I guess I have been lucky.

Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: You NEVER get your money back... dont use them. I am amazed this company is allowed to trade, I am sure we have law's against this kind of practise.
Answer: Suggest not to buy. Might end up not receiving the order or received the wrong size and would be returning and paying shipping or requesting a refund or not receiving a refund at all. There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. It' up to you to take the risk.
Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
