Don't order from this company. I ordered four shirts on April 2 for my son's birthday April 18. My order was processed on April 25. My son received two shirts weeks after his birthday. The third shirt was cancelled and I received a refund. Never received the fourth shirt. Searching their website is very frustrating. There is No email address for customer service. The two shirts my son received were fine so I gave them two stars. Today is May 16th and there is no information on the fourth shirt.

It took more time to receive my delivery, but since the pandemic this delays have become normal nowadays. I really enjoyed the product and navigating the website. I just wish vendors provided a more detailed discription.
BEWARE if you try to return order for refund! Still waiting two months later! Customer service does not work with you to make this process easy like quality shopping sites! This has been a long drawn out process with several email exchanges. Now they say they have the merchandise but still no refund to card which should be easily taken care of! When I click on withdraw button it says 8$ to withdraw the order was over 200$ Beware shoppers I would not spend much and be sure you will like item ordered!

I order 3 dresses. They were going to take too long to get to me (1 month). I cancelled before it was processed and they are only refunding me 50% of my refund. They claim the dresses are custom and tailor made. This is wrong, I clicked a size! No measurements were sent. Terrible and I will never order again.

Their return policy is very limited to impossible. Even though the price may appear lower/cheap, do not trust what you see. They make you pay for shipping and handling and you made it impossible for you to return. If they allow return then you have to pay for that cost again. At the end, you end up paying for nothing or keeping something for not being able to use. Their sizing is not reliable and materials are very cheap and unlined. The pictures that you see on the websites are not as they appear.

4 shirts were large, ordered medium. Patterns were not the same but similar, colors were muted not anything like the pictures. Wigs completely different from the pictures.

I recently purchased a few summer dresses and 2 pair of shoes. The dresses are poorly done, the cut is bad in two of them, they have no label to indicate what kind of material they are made of, some are plastic, some are cotton, but no guarantee as it does not say. They do NOT look like in the pics from their site, at all. They are made in some manufacture in China and shipped from China with DHL. I was asked to pay duties above the shipping, shipping insurance, taxes, etc. which there is no indication of during the purchasing process. Shipping takes a lot longer than indicated at the purchase process. Overall a BIG disappointment.
Shoes (platform) are not as high as it shows on the site and the material is a bad plastic.

Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
