The quality is like the cheapest dress shop in a run down mall. Same with customer service. The reason the stores close in a run down mall. You'd have better luck shopping at your local Goodwill. I removed app ASAP.
I have a XL dress and I'm a size 12 and I was lucky to get it up to my knees. I think the think XL stands for Extra Little.

I paid £60 for a dress for a wedding that I thought based on the pictures was of good quality matetial, what arrived was cheap, tacky, flimsy see through matrrial, no lining and bunched stitching. I complained sent pictures see below and they offered 50% off the dress instead of a refund one month on I am still fighting for s return label. Today the dropped the price to £35 its not even worth that price.!@ Avoid at all costs I wish I had read all the other reviews on troubling getting youf money back.
After placing my order for expedited delivery, I find out it won't ship for a minimum of 14 days plus 7 days shipping. IF I'm lucky it would arrive in 21 days. I cancelled the order in less that 36 hours but now they want to charge me a 50% cancellation fee. I can understand a small cancellation fee but 50%... that's ridiculous. I can only imagine how difficult returns must be!

I'll never order from this site again. Products are cheezy, cheap and poorly made, and sizing is way off. I tried to return 4 items, around $! 00 worth and they only allow you to return 1 item at a time. When I tried to do a separate return for other items, it cancelled other return request as being a duplicate. Furthermore you must pay shipping to China for return so they suggest that you keep the item and they will refund 20% of purchase price. What a rip for totally unwearable product.

I've contacted these people at least 15 times. I keep getting a round a round and nobody wants to do give a return label so can return the items. I do not have the money to send to china. These sweaters have no size and labels

I cancelled an order within 30 minutes of placing it. I received a response offering a discount. I refused the discount, requested the refund. No response. Every day since I have asked for them to respond to me and arrange my refund. No response. Completely ghosted, no refund of over £150. Avoid like the plague!

I bought a maxi dress to lounge in this summer. 1. There was a discount for first time purchase but never got it.
2. I ordered a blue. Got white. Never buy white, and reviews suggested you could see thru white, so I wouldn't have, even if I did want it.
3. I am m 5'8" and 127 lbs. I NEVER would order a 5X. Period. Never. The garment is like a tent cover!
4. No one contacted me till I wrote a bad review on the site.
5. No real recourse.
6. I notice that my review disappeared and those left up were all complimentary and badly translated. Suspicious?

Ordered a "mother of the bride" dress. Item took several weeks to arrive and when it did I was appalled. Quality was cheap rubbish. Poorly made. Poor fitting and cheap material. Looked classy on the website but wasn't displayed correctly. Dress had long sleeves which weren't shown or mentioned on site.
No problem we thought. Send it back. Ah, well now there is the next issue. I contacted the company within the 7 days required. They replied trying to put me off sending it back saying it would cost more to return than the item was, and offered a 5% refund. 5%? This is when I found out it came from China. Most likely some rat infested child labour sweatshop. Really? I said no and asked for return details. Again they replied with the same message as before, but offered 10% this time. I have now sent 3 further return requests stating I do not accept their offer and guess what? All my emails are now being ignored.
For Christs sake. I just want to return the junk and get a refund.
Absolutely would never buy from these gangsters again, nor recommend anyone else to.

Fast delivery to come from China, the one order came with five separate packages, I guess from different venders or warehouses in China. I bought five different head sets to compare, one speaks as it seems only Chines when turned on or off to verify, I guess, on or off. I am medium/large in clothes, from China, I buy somtimes L, XL, 2XL or 3XL, if possible check measurements at vendors site. Usually is it the shoulders thar are narrow when it somes to Chinese sizes.

Order 2 dresses online, delivery took a week however there the good stuff ends
Dresses were poor quality and vastly oversized.
Tried returning for past week however its taking ages to get address of where to return items to. Keep getting replies offering me other items or refund to 20% as apparently returning the item will cost the same as price of dresses (£70)
Complete waste of time and a scam!

Il était spécifié que je pourrai retirer ce remboursement sur mon compte d'origine et non avec des coupons. Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: Suggest not to buy. Might end up not receiving the order or received the wrong size and would be returning and paying shipping or requesting a refund or not receiving a refund at all. There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
