I ordered 2 dresses from their site and what I received had nothing to do with the pictures and the description. Online it showed the products are made of cotton, in reality they are 100% of polyester, awful materials and one of them was dirty, with stains. What boders me even more is the fact they banned my reviews on these products. I gave them 1 star and explained what is wrong with it and my reviews are not shown online, so they are also liers and censuring the customers. Don't let yourself be fooled by them…. Basically don't buy from them!

Truly awful customer service. Clothing is difficult to buy online and good service depends on the frictionless return and size change of items. Light in the box have one reply to a return request giving you three options to choose from. After selecting your option nothing happens and when you ask for support they repeat the three options again. Truly infuriating process really awful customer service. I am still yet to get assistance for this ticket.

I received one of the hats I ordered in the wrong color and was disappointed. The size of the heads is not always clearly indicated. Your return policy is complicated. Make it easier and provide return labels for customers.

Amazingly, in the product reviews, one of the buyers posted a photo of the product, which looks nothing like the one I received. They don't want to refund my money, and they keep rolling me over, offering crumbs. I am completely outraged. I won't spend even 1 dollar to post this garbage back to them. I will no longer waste money on this site. I just want my money back, nothing more.

My packet got lost and they sent me a new, super service
I waited for almost 2 months for 2 dresses that I ordered for a wedding. I had to end up getting something else at a different store.
Finally they arrived but I don't need them anymore and I created a ticket stating I want a full refund for my purchase. Costumer service keeps offering me coupons, partial refunds and blah blah blah. What part of I want ALL my money back do you guys not understand? You had me waiting for over 2 months!
Stay away from this website because they don't listen to your needs. Also they take a whole day to respond nonsense to your message. This is such a joke!

Absolutely awful quality; not as the pics and the reviews per item seems fake! I order 2 items cause I checked the reviews at the items and pics from buyer. When my items arrived was a huge disappointment. NEVER AGAIN! Picture of blue dress looks gold but its yellow bleached, white dress feather print out has gaps.

I bought a vest only to find it was way too small. I had bought a size L which is my normal size only to find after waiting over 2 weeks for the delivery, that it was like a size S in North American terms. Only later did I find that I should have looked at the sizing pop-up. There I would have seen that I should have ordered a size XXXL!
I wrote a complaint to the company but they wanted me to pay for mailing back to China. Alternatively they offered a small amount as a partial refund. No where near the cost of the item. So now I'm stuck with an item I can't wear and after writing them of my complaint I never heard from them again.

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
