I purchased two headbands and was told it would take a week to ship but it took a month. When it arrived it was not what I expected it was cheaply made. I tried to return it and was told that it wouldn't be worth it for me to return because the shipping to China is very costly. Meanwhile they shipped it to me from a town three towns over. Their entire company is a joke and the way they spoke to me was rude.

I ordered things and most were cheaply made and looked terrible. The return policy is 7 days (items I wanted for vacation arrived late after I left, and even if I had received them timely they could only be returned within 7 days to China at my expense).

I am extremely unhappy with my order. The quality of the dress was very poor and the style was completely different from the images provided. I have now tried to return the dress back, but the company keeps stringing me along with various excuses. After several messages, I finally got a return address which turned out to be invalid. All in all, they do not have a method for you to return the faulty goods. Please, do keep away from this company if you can. You would think that companies offering on-line shopping possibilities would take more pride in their work. Light in the box does not understand, that this level of customer service will eventually only hurt them. Poorly done Light in the box!

Bijna alles zoals verwacht, maar toch tevreden met mijn aankoop en de volgende aankoop zal er zeker komen.
I placed an order with this website for a few shorts for the summer. I ordered six items and only one of them was somewhat okay I could make due with it. The other 5 items were the worst quality! Not made well cheap material and definitely nothing like they were shown in the pictures. I can't wear any of them they are useless items. I message customer service. Which takes forever to get a response. They offer me 15 percent back and I don't have to return them. So now I have wasted my money and I have garbage to get rid of.
They send me a ticket to return but you have to pay for the shipping back. Which is not right. If I ordered wrong sizes I can understand that. But to pay for the shipping back after I already paid for them to ship me these garbage items. Would NEVER Shop at this site again complete waste of your money. I would give less then 1 star if I could

Placed an order for 2 tankini sets and a pair of shorts! Tell me to refer to an order number! I NEVER GOT! MY BANK ACCOUNT PROVES ITS PAID FOR! SAID 24HRS SHIPPING! SO FURIOUS! Do not waste your money and time. Poor quality merchandise and slow shipping. To get a refund you need to ship back to China AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE. So basically you can't get a refund because it costs more to ship to China than the original price you paid. Absolutely terrible policy.

The merchandise is junk. The pictures displayed are not what they send you. The size charts are a disaster. I ordered two pairs of shorts that are supposed to fit a 38 waist. They fit my son who is a 29-30. I have a shirt that I never wore, I washed it on delicate cycle and it came apart at the seems. They won't refund you money for anything. It doesn't matter if you send them pictures, they will shuffle representatives so you never get a straight answer. I should have tried hem out first but I trusted the site and put in a large order. It's all junk.

Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: You NEVER get your money back... dont use them. I am amazed this company is allowed to trade, I am sure we have law's against this kind of practise.
Answer: Suggest not to buy. Might end up not receiving the order or received the wrong size and would be returning and paying shipping or requesting a refund or not receiving a refund at all. There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. It' up to you to take the risk.
Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
