Hice un pedido de última hora, debían prepararlo en un día, y debía llegar en un plazo de 4-7 días. El pedido llegó en 12 días, solo dos días antes de tener que ser usado. Casi me entra un ataque de nervios al ver que no llegaba. Por fin llegó, y es muy bonito, mereció la pena comprar.
Don't order! Nothing is as it looks on the pictures! It's all low quality copies poorly made and most likely under horrible conditions to the people making it. Bad fabrics, not what you see in the pictures which is obviously taken from another site. Everything is made with low quality materials and nothing like the pictures and then you have to pay customs on top! So regeret my order and now they wont refund all the items! Completely hoax and fake. No integrity - don't trust them!

As I am not really computer literate, I made "a mistake" when I decided to place all of the items I had ordered [with various companies] in a new file on the left side of my screen under the Categories heading and named it "Orders via Internet" so that I would not have to back-track to all the items in my Inbox. This seemed like a good idea to me, BUT what I had NOT understood was, that I needed to check this file on a daily/regular basis in order to keep track of the updates of when my package would arrive, etc. Instead I only checked my INbox and found it strange that I wasn't receiving any news from Track & Trace via DHL, UPS, Postnl,... After getting in touch with these delivery companies I realized that they had been to my door, and even left an update of where I could pick up my order... Finally I decided to take a look in that new file and discovered that all the news I was looking for was clearly indicated in each order that I had placed, but only if you click on eacht of the orders... No wonder I was missing out on any detailed updates! Once I discovered that my items had been Returned to Sender, I was able to straighten it all out and finally did receive my orders. A lesson learned indeed! The Customer Service Team(s) were very patience and understanding once I had explained my mistake. I didn't even have to pay the cost of re-sending my packages! Wow! This truly is excellent service! They have not lost me as a customer, but gained my confidence, so I have even made new orders, now that I realize "where" I have to check "for updates" pertaining to my orders! My "heartfelt thank you" for all the departments who had to work together to make my mistake right! Great teamwork!

I tried to find out how much it would cost to return the clothes (that were WAY to small. My son has a Small-Medium size and could not fit in to a LARGE shirt). They finished my matter before I even decided what to do. Now I can't get in touch, it´s not possible to reply e-mail and the link they send to make a complaint, doesn't work. #*******

I was ripped off my light in the Box don't ever use this company they sent me product that didn't fit and didn't even look anything like the pictures they overcharge for shipping it was supposed to be two days shipping and it took I must a month to get it then I had no way to return it went round and round and round and found out just to ship one of the packages back was going to cost me a hundred and twenty bucks this is not a good company this company will rip you off do not ever deal with this company they were supposed to give me a 10% refund they couldn't even do that I got $7 back out of over $300 order this company is a joke please do not get ripped off like I did I would if I could I would take him to court and sue the hell out of them

Please don't buy from this company, items are sent from China, items take weeks to arrive, if they do arrive items are of poor quality and they make you pay for postage to send items back to China making it almost impossible to get any of your money back.

Bought 2 similar dress in xl. One is more to m size and another is s. But on packing both indicating xl. Material is very poor with bad sewing. Paid A$18 for each. Probably would not even pay A10 for it. Will not shop from this site again. The shipping cost was A$17. Can't even return.

This company is terrible! I would not recommend buying from this company! I ordered pants from here in a M and they sent me a 2XL. I sent them pictures of the product and they reported they would only give me a 15% refund for THEIR mistake! This company is a rip off and I will never be purchasing anything again. I now have a pair of pants that I will never wear!

Ordered product from associated site everything was in German couldn't understand it after repeated complaints they finally sent me something in English I'd have time the product already left I knew it was wrong they have a poor return policy I actually had to pay for the shipping to return the product which was almost as much as the product itself don't waste your time don't order with them poor business practice

I ordered few items (worth approximately $150). All items are too big and the quality is really bad. I want to return them but they don't want to send me the return form. I am willing to pay $60 for the shipping, I just don't want to keep them because I will never wear them. They ignore my emails. There is no telephone number to call. I will keep writing bad reviews because they deserve it. Avoid at all cost!

I purchased two headbands and was told it would take a week to ship but it took a month. When it arrived it was not what I expected it was cheaply made. I tried to return it and was told that it wouldn't be worth it for me to return because the shipping to China is very costly. Meanwhile they shipped it to me from a town three towns over. Their entire company is a joke and the way they spoke to me was rude.

Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
