Horrible return policy cause they don't accept returns; They give you the run around instead & hope you give up on their poor customer service. You pay a bunch in shipping to get the item, then they want you to pay to ship it back. Also poor quality.

This is an absolute scam of a company. All items are shown to be shipping from China, but only FALSE NON-WORKING tracking information is provided. You will NOT receive any orders you place, and they will claim you were not home for delivery. They also claim they hold the right to NOT REFUND for any shipment you DO NOT RECEIVE, yet they will not show evidence or proof of attempt to delivery. I was scammed out of $300, after receiving multiple emails with fake shipping information. They also submitted multiple emails to me claiming the items I wanted were unavailable and unknown when they would become available. The next day I received the fake shipment information.

I contacted customer service, which you can only do so through their website email, and requested to cancel the order and a refund, which they refused to do and Instead offered excuses. I typically do not post reviews but I feel that consumers should be aware of how their customer service handles issues before making a purchase.

The dress is not as stunning as in the add. It has a different color- dull gray instead of shiny silver gray. The shape and material of the dress are not elegant, but rather drab. I was very disappointed and I would never order again. I don't know if I will ever wear this dress.

I purchased 2 dresses. One fit me well and the other did not. The dress coat $34.71. I contacted the vendor to begin a return. They responded that they could not get me a return label so my options were: 1. Return on my own and cover the cost ($10-$30) 2. Get a 25% reward for future purchases or 3. Get refunded 15%. I would not buy from them again. I can't risk wasting my money if something doesn't fit correctly. There are many other vendors who will give me full refunds for returns. Do not buy with confidence you may be stuck with an item and have lost your money.

T. Shirts received had colour stains and streaks throughout the garments, front and back.
Extremely difficult to resolve the issues with their customer service and had to lodge a claim through PayPal to obtain any results.
Floral designs were blurred and out of focus with very poor detail.
The garments are not fit for retail and certainly not fit to be worn in public.

Ordered 4 shirts! Looked GREAT online but were crap when I received! Quality is awful and size is horrible. I want to return, I was given these damn directions where I had to do my own label and I could not send express and blah blah blah! At this point, I felt the best thing to do was just keep the damn stuff and forget about the ordeal and just learn from it. BE VERY CAREFUL to order anything from these people! GUARANTEED EVERYTHING your order is going to be CRAP! DON'T WASTER YOUR MONEY! Bought 4 shirts for $40 and ended up paying $64! Despicable... I am going to make it a goal to reach as many people as possible and warn them from buying ANYTHING from "LightinTheBox."

The T-shirt is made of poor quality material and splitting at a seam. Print text on t-shirt is a blurry photograph. Nothing like what is pictured on their website. When I complained to their so-called customer service, they offered me a 30% refund and I keep the poor quality t-shirt. They know it is expensive to ship an item with tracking back to China (BTW nowhere on their "Canadian" webpage do they say they are located and shipping from China). I refused their 30% offer and they wanted me to return the item to China knowing full well that the shipping would cost more than the t-shirt's refund. Why would they want a damaged item back anyway?... it's garbage! They know how to play the Paypal resolution centre because Paypal requires you to return the item with tracking at your own expense!... a real Paypal flaw! All in all this is a dishonest, conniving company! I will repeat this review on as many review websites as I can because I hate poor customer service and this is as bad as they get!

Not only are the products beyond lousy I mean like a bait and switch type of deal. All material is super thin, smells funky and surely won't last more than one wash. Once you purchase they tack on a hefty shipping fee and taxes, so what seemed cheap becomes expensive (like 13 to 25$ more). Beyond the awful products, which I can't even return or sell it's such garbage, they won't let you return items. And they charged my credit card two times more after my initial purchase, I had to report it and close my card. This app is no Shein. Buyer beware.

I purchased $25 tee shirt. It is black and has yellow, white, brown 'dots' raining on the front. When looking at the photos, it looks very fancy and would be appropriate for dinner out and/dancing. I put it on. It looks like I'm out the door to play women's softball -- and very cheap. It would cost me more to send it back to China than what I paid for it. I'm going to donate to Goodwill! I DO NOT want it in my wardrobe! Don't be the fool I was made to be.

I purchased three blouses, in three different sizes based on the website descriptions and recommendations. None of them fit! The fabric on two of the shirts did not feel like clothing fabric! It is impossible to make a return. They tell you the items would have to be sent back to China and would cost $40 to do so. So they offer you a credit (who in their right mind would purchase anything from them a second time) or a very limited refund which could only be navigated for one of the shirts on the website because it is utterly ineffective for processing information. Stay away from them!

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
