My product (a cotton t-shirt dress) was as good as it appeared on the photos. The dress is comfortable to wear and laundered well. It arrive in less time than advertised and is excellent value for money.

I got what I wanted, so a proper Wysiwyg here. Since it was clothing, there is bound to be a size issue involved somewhere down the line. The XL in China ( or wherever it was manufactured) is a bit different than the XL in the E.U. So now that I know, I can be prepared for the next venture. For the rest, all went fine incl. The delivery.

Badrocken var alldeles för liten. Enl bilden var den mycket längre och vidare. Kvalité var ok.

If you wan't to return your order, you should send the return package to CHINA with tracking codes included although the delivery was sent to me from LITHUANIA. So the customer is forced to pay the returning to the other side of the world while you have received it from your neighbor land! Returning the package costs to me 45 euros (The Finnish Post Office) and only after LightInTheBox receives the package they say will return my money (99,65 euros) and this takes - due to them - one month. I wonder who would take the risk and send the 100 euros items by paying additional 45 euros?!
In addition to this, LightInTheBox returning sheet on the web site did not enable returning both products ordered. When the second returning notice/ticket was made the first ticket reported cancelled. Starting the returning process is made impossible.
The purhased shirts were so inferior, the quality was bad and the sizes were ridiculous. They didn't meet the product description at all. When we received our order, we just laughed with my husband when the XXL shirt was the size M while he tried it on! Now, after this frustration with getting our money back we are only sad and deceived. We lost 99,65 euros ordering from LightInThe Box.

I bought a shirt from them. Before buying it I measured another shirt that fits me perfectly and compared it to the measurements they listed to ensure a proper fit. The shirt wasn't the size it was supposed to be but I was able to get a partial refund. At least they have great customer service.

Then I ordered a few womens tops for summer.
CHEAP QUALITY, Womens L looks like a child's small.

I ordered a formal gown for a wedding and it looked terrible on me. I requested a return within the 7 day period and they told me the dress was made to order and wasn't returnable. The dress was not made to order as I simply ordered a standard size. They have been refusing to help me and now the 7 days has come and gone. I will be reporting them to the BBB and filing a claim against them, as well as contacting my bank to reverse the charges. Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service!

UPDATE - Awaiting refund. I will remove this review once refund received. Lovely hat arrived in just in time for the wedding it was required for. However, it was rammed into a box way too small. It is creased up in several places and has been folded rather like a cowboy hat. I contacted Light in the box immediately and they responded with the offer of a small discount which I refused as the hat looks a mess and is unwearable. They are now saying that I need to return it to China, only by tracked Royal Mail which will cost almost as much as the hat.

I'll actually give them a 1 star now. They refunded my money, only because of this review. Due to the cost of having to ship the items back to China, they let me keep the 2 shirts and still refunded me. For that, I'll give them something. But the quality of the product was still poor. So I can't give any higher rating because of that. The shirts do not look like they do in the pictures. However when they asked for pictures of the poor quality, the shirts look good when your camera adjusts to it. In person they are blurry and not what they seem online. Maybe it's something with the material and the digital printing. Not sure. But I have a couple new shirts to wear to do yard work!

I gave 1 star, only because there is no option for 0 stars. They advertise "cheap". Well thats exactly what you get. I ordered 2 shirts. Supposed to be regular tshirts. They are a cheap silky feeling material. One was supposed to be a army green color. It's gray and the print on it is so blurry it hurts your eyes to read it. The other was a black with the American flag on it. It's a dark gray and the pattern is so blurry and distorted, you can't tell what it's supposed to look like. It looks like the gave a 3 year old kid red, white and blue dye and let them decorate a dark gray shirt. I can't find a way to contact them. Everything leads to an app they want you to download. Then the app only let's you buy more crappy products. Still no contact info. Won't be doing business with them again.
They said it will take up to 20 days. I'm waiting to get that refund and then update again. But fortunately the customer service is good with emails and communication. Thanks Mr Bloo

I had ordered a y shirt size XL. It arrived after 14 days and it turned out to be tight. I use L size internationally. This XL was like a medium size. When asked to take it back they say they won't and that I need to courier it to them only then they will refund. When the whole online business globally operates so well with refunds and exchanges, Light in the box doesn't. Waste of money. Please do not order.

I'v purchased 19 pc of cloth, 95% too small, I contacted the company return the items, They asked me to ship the goods back to china on my cost, The average price I paid was $10-$15 -$20 per pc but I have to pay $10-$30 to ship it back to them, Most of the time they are not available for chat, I had ti submit 19 tickets one for each item, the information I get back is miss leading, They just try to make me tiered and forget about the return, I paid more that $400 for a waste, I want my refund and maybe I can trust to buy from you in the future if you fix your sizes and the quality even I have to pay more

CAUTION do not order from this website. If you get the wrong order or receive something that is the wrong size or receive something that is terrible quality it is impossible to make a return. This is by design. I tried to return an item that was very cheaply made and looked awful and they sent me a condescending email about how I should've looked at the size chart and then told me it was going to be $30 to return the product. Total scam. Caution do not order from anything from this website.

Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
