Product not as advertised. Extremely over priced expedited shipping that takes almost 4 weeks to arrive. Measurements are incorrect. Quality is very poor and customer service is worse. They do not offer returns unless you accept price gouging and lose most of your $. $200 spent on an item I can. Lot west based into just incorrect measurements. Material is poor quality with thick side seams visible. Dress is very stiff and not as described.
It's just a word of warning. The clothes quality is below par and in order to return an item it has to be returned to ASIA and YOU pay for postage. Unbelievable. I'm stuck with £50 worth of tat than costs more to send back.

I bought quite a few dresses at LightInTheBox lately. Some items quality in general is so poor and disappointing.
The return policy is a scam as need post back to China. The postage is rather expensive, I asked a postal address in Australia, never received a reply. Customer service is dreadful, they use automated generic emails.

I am updating my review because the company has just sent me messages that they have canceled my order per my request. Even it took several try but I am happy that it has been resolved for now ( pending I can receive the refund the money on my card).

After expending copious amounts of energy and wasting time-this site promised to refund-I'm still waiting! I was refunded the postage and nothing more as of yet-my patience is running out! Maybe the ACCC will have to deal with this…so their trade ceases!? Or where is my refund light in the box!?!?!

The printed t-shirt had very poor quality printing, some of it missing. I was offered a 20% discount for an item that was unwearable, or a 30% discount on my next purchase, which I would never use as I would never use this seller ever again. I have sent photos to prove the poor quality but have not had a response. I would not be happy with anything less than a full refund.
My advice is to avoid Lightinthebox at all cost. It is poor quality and unresponsive to customer communication.

I ordered two dresses from this site early may. It was supposed to be delivery within 2 weeks, i was informed that one the dresses had been cancelled, no explanation. But a Full refund.
The second dress just arrived, over 4 weeks after it was ordered. The quality of the dress was atrocious, cheap polyester silky material and looks like a sack. Not at all like the pictures on the site. I would NEVER order anything from this site again.

They shipped me a low quality item. I contacted them the day I received it about a return. Their policy says I will have to pay for the return but it's also very suspicious because they shipped from USA but will only accept a return to China (ffs)
The package came from:

But they only accept returns to an address in China. I don't feel right about this and it's certainly not right to make me pay for International Shipping to return a piece of garbage.

They make it IMPOSSIBLE to return an item by putting all sorts of obstacles in the way, e.g. ask you to take a photo of the item but ONLY in a certain format, makes attaching it to an email impossible because they limit the size... really awful. And the goods are cheap, cheap, cheap...

Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: Suggest not to buy. Might end up not receiving the order or received the wrong size and would be returning and paying shipping or requesting a refund or not receiving a refund at all. There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
