Out of two packages i got only one packet. I ordered in the month of March and about to receive in May but now it's June not received. No doubt products are good but only when we receive.
Don't order from them unless you read and study the size guide- I ordered 5 things and 3 didn't fit and returns are a huge ordeal and they try everything possible to get you to keep it and get no money back. I returned 3 things to China and had to pay postage and am still not sure if I'll get any money back. The return instructions are ridiculous. I'll stick to Wish (great return policy) and Shien (also great with returns). It's basically all the same stuff and quality - trust me, order from them.
Purchased a jacket size large... but large where I'm not sure. Website return procedure is horrible. Everywhere you should be able to "click" does not respond. You need a form to make a return yet it's impossible to find/print the form. Customer service is non existent. No way to email or chat.

I found this site after looking for ages online for dresses that fit my criteria long free flowing and stylish. I found lots on this site so ordered two to see what they were like. They arrived here in Portugal just over 2 weeks later. I tried the first one and it fit perfect and the fabric is lovely too so I tried the second and that was just as nice too so I was very pleased. I wore one at a family get together and now three of my relatives have ordered too. They really are gorgeous dresses cannot fault them.
Les photos sont vraiment plus belles que la réalité et la robe bleu marine et blanche n est pas du tout comme sur la photo! Elle n'est pas cintrée et tombe comme un peignoir! Et le tissu est brillant et pas mat et qd on retrousse les manches c est blanc à l intérieur alors que marine sur la photo et la taille est complètement out. Je fais 42 en France et j'ai pris S et on dirait du 52 ou XXL et pour renvoyer l article c'est tellement mal expliqué et compliqué sans doute exprès que je vais la donner aux sans abri! Pour l autre robe c'est correct. Mais plus jamais je ne commanderai chez vous ça c'est certain!

Gli abiti sono bellissimi. Sono uguali alle foto. Consiglierei di utilizzare anche un misto cotone.
Quand un article ne va pas, trop grand ou trop petit, on ne peut pas le renvoyer. J'ai déjà renvoyé des articles en Chine, aucune nouvelle, ni réponse. C'est la seule chose que je reproche et je vais acheter en France où on peut renvoyer sans problème.

Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: You NEVER get your money back... dont use them. I am amazed this company is allowed to trade, I am sure we have law's against this kind of practise.
Answer: Suggest not to buy. Might end up not receiving the order or received the wrong size and would be returning and paying shipping or requesting a refund or not receiving a refund at all. There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. It' up to you to take the risk.
Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
