However, as to the two dresses and the blouse bought, it was not worth waiting.
I even sent photos and sizes, but it was just a mess.
LTB was also selling a dress which they did not have nor could not get "due to high demand", but returned the money for that dress within five weeks.

The items were not always true to size but the colours and quality were consistently awesome. I will definitely order from this international company again.
Delivery on time, I bought two very good face mask products. I'm setified and I recommend.

I ordered shoes based on the sizing chart provided on the site. They came and were at least 2 sizes too big. I got right on their site to ask for a refund per their refund policy. They would ask for more information each time I submitted the additional information they requested, including having me send pictures of the shoes, the shoe on the foot, a measuring tape next to the shoe. Each time I sent what they asked for, and each time they came up with something new to ask me to send. After several months, I gave up and never received a refund and am stuck with oversized shoes I will need to donate somewhere. I will NEVER DO BUSINESS with this company again! They do not stand by their refund policy.

Awful, Order processing took forever, shipping took even longer.
Sizes are tiny and not accurately represented by the sizing guide.
Returns process is then so convoluted that they are clearly just trying to make it too hard to send anything back. Would not recommend this or any other products on the site

I ordered 3 dresses for weddings. The first one came and it was velvet (this was for a June wedding) it did not specify the fabric in the description. The 2nd dress fit perfectly in the waist but was 6" from zippering on top and I went up a size (I do not have a large chest). The 3rd dress still did not arrive and I placed the order over a month ago. When I went to return the items the shipping cost more than the dress itself, otherwise they offered a 20% discount. Needless to say I'm out a lot of money

I've got an iPhone13case, the camera plastic was scratched, they never gave my money back I attach the conversation down how they scamed me by offering every time instead of money back, an sale of 15, 25, 50%on the next purchase.and they was answering once in 10 days so I don't fit in the regulations of returning the item, they wrote me on last message that the money return might take 20-30 days, on which I've answered I'm fine with that and never got an response after

First and foremost finding out this company is in China. Second paying the expedited shipping charge only expedites more money out of your wallet. Does not expedite receipt of your order. Which stands to reason since order originates in China, and ships from there. Still waiting on my what is my first and will be my last order. Although it appears you're getting a good deal and there's a wide variety. Do yourself a big favor and resist the temptation to purchase anything from this site. And if you go to Amazon, be careful they are lurking there to take your money.

I bought a dress. It did not fit and they said I would have to return to China (even though it's US shipping). The cost of shipping is more than the dress! Your only other option is to get rewards for 25% of the item. The products are subpar in quality and so not for properly in size so you are wasting your money. DO NOT BUY!

Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: Suggest not to buy. Might end up not receiving the order or received the wrong size and would be returning and paying shipping or requesting a refund or not receiving a refund at all. There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
