Horrible quality, awful fit and the most unbearable service support.
I received the most awful clothes ever, having an order of almost 300 Eur for only 6 pc, so each piece was quite expensive, but when they all arrived they looked like they were for my funeral (a pair of professional dancing shoes which were just made out of the cheapest material and also with a very poor manufacturing method and as well clothes with same features and all with wrong sizes). After I checked how much the return was gonna cost I could see that I would pay the same price of 300 Eur, exactly as the initial order for returning these products. Then I created ticket for sharing my opinion and my account was just deleted by this company. Now I can't recover any of the money and for sure I won't wear these horrible clothes. They don't even deserve a picture. Those pictures that you can see on their website are all photoshopped. In reality they are just disgusting.
Please don't do the same mistake as I did.
I wanted to change the shipping from expedite to normal but system would not let me. Expedite is too expensive, it was not worth it for the items I wanted and I was not in a hurry.
Bougt a cup holder for my golf trolley. One part missing so useless!

En nem hjemmeside at handle på, har lidt lang leveringstid, men det forklares jo med at det kommer langvejs fra.
The material used is so cheap. Out of a $200 order they only refund 30% which was $44 plus i can keep these items i could never want or wear. The clothing are not what is advertised

This company is awful and a SCAM. Two dresses that I ordered look nothing like pictures on website and quality looks like someone made it on their first day of home economics class with material found on the clearance table. Do NOT buy anything from this site. They won't let me return the dresses even though I never wore them because they are gross and sizing is not anything like typical sizing. They charged $65 for shipping but then took 1 month to even ship it probably so credit card payment couldn't be stopped.

I ordered a bracelet from lightinthebox, when placing the order I paid for shipping, when the product arrived, I was charged additional 31 Aed. I wrote back to them on messenger with the attachments of the message saying pay 31 aed once you receive the delivery.
The person who is reading the message does not understand, and is asking me to call the company that delivery the product and find out why they charged me. That is ther job not mine.
All I can say is not worth shopping if you are going to pay double.
The customer service is really dumb.

Ordered the same dress in 2 different colours both dresses looked completely different one was okay quality and the other was Terrible flimsy material like a peice of rag. So when asked to return the horrible one they message back sorry this item is under the non refundable section! So when I replied back the email won't send and theirs no contract number it's an absolute disgrace, Do not order from this site it's a joke, so now I'm stuck with a £130 dress!

Do not order from this company. I just ordered 4 pieces of swimwear which had a total cost of 120 dollars. Then they added shipping costs which was brought the total over 186 dollars. Now I received a call from DHL a local shipping service saying I owe over 50 dollars more for customs fees! Would you call this a deal? I don't and am scared to even look at the quality of the product or if it's true to Size. I feel completely taken advantage of. Lightinthebox business practices are not transparent to say the least. Brutal.

Ordered on the 3rd, they claim 4-7 day shipping. 16 days later the item is returned to them because they mangled the address. Support takes 4 days to tell me they'll give me a credit to their website only, minus shipping.
That's not how e-commerce works guys. Credit card dispute filed.
These guys are scammers hoping to wear you down so they can keep your money. Avoid them at all costs.
Ordered the same item for just a bit more at Amazon and had it in 24 hours.

Light in the box is a SCAM website! Be careful do not buy. They scammed 400 dollars for a dress, I was in a hurry to buy for my opera concert, never again! I asked for refund they disappeared (do not believe them if they reply here immediately is just for marketing, they are afraid of bad reviews because otherwise their scam doesn't work). You know what is their strategy if you ask for a refund? They disappear, after they offer a coupon for an other product and if you send the item you will not get the refund money back. Is a scam! The dress is bad quality, it loses all the sparkling things my house is full of that ***! NEVER BUY THEY SCAM YOUR MONEY be careful guys buy only on trustworthy websites!

I purchased six polo shirts from this company. I expected a delay in shipping but did not expect what I received. To begin with, the colors and patterns on the shirts looked nothing like those online. They were ugly at best. Okay, so I'll return them. Good luck with that. Navigating their return process is like finding your way through a maze. Flow charts of the return process directing you to do things that can't be found. Plus, you must pay your own return shipping. So, they send you substandard products and you have to pay to return them? Between the cost and the hassles, it is easier to just keep the items and that's exactly what they want. I would donate them to the local homeless shelter but I doubt that any of the homeless would want to be seen in these shirts. You pay $16 for a shirt and that's exactly what you get -- a $16 dollar shirt.

They will not accept returns on standard size dresses even though they could resell them. Very poor customer service. They offered a measly 20% refund or 30% to put towards a future purchase (as if I'm ordering from them again). One dress was very stiff material and the other was very padded. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
